Allen’s Dry-N-Clean Carpet Cleaning

After watching the Facebook posts and videos of Dry-N-Clean and how magically clean the carpets and tile looked, I had to give them a try. I had five carpeted areas and stairs cleaned and they do look much better. I enjoyed the texting service that sent me reminders and a notice that my repmwas on his way to my house. I was surprised that my clean was not able to remove a toothpaste blob, a lotion spill and an unknown pink splotchy area of my carpets. I was hoping that by hiring a professional service these would be taken care of. John privided a bottle of spot cleaner before he left, so I assume that's for me to use to get these spots left behind after my clean out. But it does make me wonder, "If these are the stains I can see...what about the ones I can't?" (We've been potty training a puppy.) I did let John know that i was unable to move the furniture (coffee table, gliding chairs, etc.), as I am about 8 months pregnant. When I got home, I found he had moved them for me - and then left them for me to move back. :-/ Mary was very nice during her follow up call to see how my clean went. I let her know my feedback, she thanked me for being a customer and encouraged me to leave feedback on various sites, so I am! :)
