Description of Work: The plumber (owner, I think), came out and did a good job of inspecting our problem and giving me his opinion, however, he was supposed to email me with a quote and never heard from him again. He also was supposed to call once he was on his way and didn't, he just showed up.

Description of Work: Took out old hot water heater. Replaced it with a new hot water heater with a ten year guarantee.Placed round pan under it also went under house he installed a drain pipe leading outside to catch the water in the event that if I should have a leak in the future it would not go under the floor.
