I have called numerous times after given a referral. I literally called over 6 times leaving my number and husband no returned messages or reply. I have seen the company's backyard transformation. Yes they do excellent and amazing work. Communication is terrible and i really want the company to complete my yard. Would love a serious reply and someone to start and stay in communication the whole process. Per reviews seems like alot of communication problems. Still going to continue to call.

Repair made. But still waiting on follow up on irrigation problems.

We had a patio put in in December, the process of scheduling was a bit of a headache due to poor responsiveness and the install didn't take place until a few weeks after it was supposed to. The install was completed in a timely manner once it actually started. HOWEVER, we thankfully had an inspection done on our home this spring and he found water intrusion due to poor grading of the patio which was causing water to run under the foundation causing fungus to grow. We contacted them, he came out to look within a few days however it has been several weeks and inches of rain since and still no follow up on when they are actually going to fix it. Nor have they made any indication to cover the cost of what we now need to have done to mitigate the fungus under our home.... which is directly related to the patio. No responses to my last 2 emails.

On April 6th Josh came out to see the yard in order to provide an estimate. I called to follow up on April 13th and left a message inquiring about the quote. Unfortunately I am disappointed because the company came highly recommended by a neighbor but as of today I have not received a response via phone or email and have not yet received a quote.

Scheduling was easy. Work completely quickly in under an hour including replacement of several sprinkler heads. Liked them so much we had them do our spring landscape clean-up as well

My request for an estimate was responded to right away. Josh came out, and the work was scheduled and completed within a few days. I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy from everyone, including Kathy, who was my main contact. I would and will use them again for my landscaping needs.

Called and established an appointment for an estimate. Jeremy arrived promptly on the date and time. The inspection was professional; Jeremy's knowledge of the existing systems was outstanding. We received the estimate in three business days; the quote was in line with similar estimates received. Repairs were scheduled ten days later. While Jeremy and assistant arrived forty minutes later than provided time, they immediate commenced repairs and were completed in approximately three hours. My well and sprinkler system has never worked better! The total repairs came in $250 under the estimate. Definitely would hire again.

They quoted up $75 dollars, it didn't actually fix the system so they said there would be no charge until the job was done. They never came back and I've tried contacting them 5 times over the course of 6 weeks and have had no response. Instead, I received a bill for $129! I will never use this company again and will broadly recommend you look elsewhere too!

It was good. They were good. They came out on time. I called them and the very next day they came out and did what they said they were going to do. I had a few sprinkler heads that were bad and he came out and found out exactly which ones and repaired that for me.

Company was fast, professional, and timely. Excellent communication throughout the process. I received the companies quote, along with 3 other irrigation companies. Although their price was not the lowest, my interaction with them was the best. They were willing to negotiate a little bit. They managed the well drilling and pump installation. And they provided a recommendation for an electrician. Overall, a very good experience.

I was able to contact the All Things Green Company easily via phone. We set up an appointment and they gave me an estimate for the services that I asked about. Additionally, they were up front with the price of the service call. They arrived promptly for the appointment and were personable during the visit. Additionally, they were knowledgeable about repairing sprinklers and came to our house well-prepared. The company was able to troubleshoot and repair our problems on the spot! They were fast, efficient and prompt!

Excellent, they were honest and efficient and the price was great. Work was done quickly and they are family owned. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Contacted first week of April and had to leave message. After a few days got call back. They apologized for not getting back sooner. There was a birth of grandchild. Ok excuse accepted. I then made appointment for the following week with a window of 4 hours.. The repairman contacted me 15 minutes into the first hour of window and said he was on way. Upon his arrival I explained the problem. He spent about 45-50 minutes and said problem looked like a compressed supply line from tree roots that was impeding water flow to a number of valves. He said it would probably take a number of hours to repair involving replacing supply line. He asked for my email and he said he would have a repair estimate sent. It's now 22 days later and no estimate, no response, no calls. I contacted another company and they came by and fixed problem in 1 hour. No supply line needed. Resetting of flow control screw on pump solved problem.

Excellent service. I called and he came the next day. He was able to assess the problem, quote a price and do the work all within an hour. I would definitely recommend this service.

I gave them a call based on Angies list grades (I'm new to the area). They responded and immediately evaluated and conducted the required repairs. He also educated me on the system and represented himself and the company very professional.

I called. A real person answered the phone. I explained my problem(s) and was given an appointment in less than a week with a 2 hour time frame of 10-12 in the morning. Arrived at 10:30 and was pleasant, prepared and knowledgeable. Quickly found and fixed the leaky faucet and replaced a broken gauge on the pump as well. Adjusted sprinkler heads (which Ithought needed to be moved) so they did not require further labor. Fully explained a possible well problem I may face (given the age of the system) and what symptoms to look for. He accomplished all this within an hour and could not have been nicer. I am delighted!! In fact I was so pleased I did not even ask for costs as I simply needed the work done.

Unfortunately, they did not respond to my phone call, so I had to assign an and quot;Fand quot; for responsiveness and my overall experience with All Things Green, Inc. in Virginia Beach.

The All Things Green team worked tirelessly to assist my church in cleaning up for the spring.

Left message on 4/22/2013. My call was not returned. I ended up using another vendor who called me back.

After six difficult months of working with a different landscaping business, my husband and I were not sure we were ever going to be able to find a reputable company to complete the job they left unfinished; not to mention, our trust in contractors was greatly tarnished because of this horrible experience. Luckily, All Things Green was working on our neighbor’s yard shortly after this incident and we watched in amazement at how timely, thorough, efficient and friendly they were!!! This was the exact opposite of what we were used to dealing with.....when we contacted All Things Green for an estimate, their response time was quick and the quote was completely fair! They did not disappoint at all throughout the entire process of working on our yard. They all work extremely hard and are very talented at what they do! This family-owned company reminded my husband and I that reputable, hard workers still DO exist and it is evident when driving through our neighborhood (they did about 80% of the landscaping here and every single person is more than satisfied with their work)! THANK YOU ALL THINGS GREEN....we are customers of yours forever! It is sometimes easier to spread the word of a horrible experience because you want to caution everyone; but in regards to All Things Green, it is even MORE important to compliment the ones that do great to ensure business continues to thrive!

I intend to use them in the future for a walkway installation. I highly recommend this company. Under 'amount spent' I put $1 as I cannot recall the exact amount I paid for sprinkler installation, well digging, landscaping, plants, etc, as I used separate contractors for each. However, I know they were reasonably priced.

Excellent. Am pleased with their price estimate, which was 1/2 what the competition offered, and with the quick and efficient response. Cannot say enough good things about Kathy and her team. Prompt, efficient and courteous. Have asked for and received an estimate for more yard work. Strongly considering accepting it based on their previous work.

I have had All things green for some time now and am satisfied in every way as to how they perform their duties. For what they do the price is great!They are fast, efficient and do the job right the first time. I am pleased to have such good service at such a good price. They will continue to have my business for a long time to come.

Exceptional. Kathy at All Things Green was easy to work with in getting time set-up for an estimate. Her team was prompt, well educated about their product and spent time explaining options in helping to lay out the sprinkler system. During the sprinkler install and sod laying, they were done in less time then it took to have my previous home completed by another company (in Texas) for a smaller piece of land. Every interaction with the team has been great and efficient.

We had a problem with our irrigation pump not shutting off and wanted the entire system checked before the warmer weather arrived for good. Jeremy was able to quickly fix the pump and ensure our system was working properly.
