+ -1 moreThe workmen did an excellent job, and were very professional! The only problem we encountered was that the scheduler/office didn't keep in touch with us regarding just when the workmen would be on premises. Twice there was a failure to contact us and we ended up sitting expectantly for workers to arrive and then they never showed up. I only mention this so that the company can hopefully conduct more training,or add another person to handle things like this. It's very annoying to wait and wait and not be informed that the workmen would not come that day.
Description of Work: Refinished our wood floors in hallways, kitchen, and family room. this included sanding, replacing quarter-round, applying semi-gloss varnish, as well as removal of all trash and old quarter-round. They put up plastic on doors to rooms not being worked on, as well as plastic from floor to ceiling on the staircase upstairs. they also hung plastic sheeting over items in my kitchen pantry, and over kitchen shelves and counter tops.
