Enter into dealings with this company at your own risk. I asked them for a new roof estimate. After entering the back yard, the workers left the back yard gate open and my dogs got out into the street. One of my dogs was hit by a car and seriously injured. The representative of this company accepted responsibility but refused to pay my veterinary hospital expenses. My vet bill was $2300 and I paid it myself. Enough said. .

Horrible experience. One who gave estimate not the one that came out to "repair." Gave down payment, never heard back from anyone for 3 weeks almost. Was told they would be out on a Saturday by 1130, called at 1 left message. At almost 5 a crew came out, never had seen or spoken to them, he didn't even have a work order, asked to see my proposal paperwork. After less than 2 hours they left, after replacing flashing. 2 days later, leaks in exactly the same place. Was hung up on after calling a second time. Was told "someone will be out" have heard nothing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The contractor that came out, assuming he was, stated he didn't even work for the company. Only learned of that after my down payment was cashed.

We went through two fencing teams. The first team's work was subpar. While they could demolish, they couldn't install a picket fence that followed the undulation of the terrain. Their work had to be completely removed and reinstalled by a second team. That team's work was excellent. Re-roofing went well until it came time to install the ordered skylights. They discovered they had not ordered the right size. Then they discovered we could not have shades in the size of skylights required to fill the existing holes. I suggested they order the standard size with shades and widen the hole. I provided them money to do so. They never returned, nor have the responded to my requests to return my deposit for the skylight upgrade. I have had another roofer remove the skylights altogether. Repeated calls have resulted in talk but no money almost six months later. This company appears to be over-extended and under-supervised. They talk a good game, but have to exert to extreme to deliver.

On 27 Oct 12 All Area Roofing came to my house to tarp a leaky roof. Their rep said they would return to complete the repairs when the weather improved. (Hurricane Sandy was coming @ 29 Oct). I paid them $1,500.00 up front and all they did was put the tarp up. Frank Sarpino, the owner, called us and said he would come to my house on 30 Oct to give us an estimate of the damage. He did not show up at the appointed time. I called him and rescheduled for 31 Oct 12 and again he did not show up. He finally came out on 1 Nov 12 to do an estimate of the damage. He said he thought it was a large claim and he asked me to call my insurance company and have an adjuster come out so he could meet with him and discuss the damage. I spoke to the adjuster on 9 Nov 12 and he agreed to come to my house on 12 Nov 12 at 3 PM. I called Frank on 9 Nov 12 to verify his availability on 12 Nov 12 and he said he would meet with the adjuster then. I called Frank around noon on 12 Nov 12 to verify again that he was coming to the 3 PM appointment and he said yes. The adjuster came to my house on 12 Nov 12 at 2:55 PM and Frank did not show up. I called Frank around 3 PM to see where he was and he said he was sending someone else out to talk to the adjuster. The people he sent, Brian and Michael, arrived 45 minutes late and did not have any information about our house nor the damage to it. In addition, they could barely work their ladder. I called Frank Sarpino today around 4 PM, 13 Nov 12 and told him I would not like to continue to use his services due to the fact that he hadn't shown up . I asked him to refund about $1,000.00 of the money we paid his company on 27 Oct 12 because the work was not completed. He refused to refund any of the money I paid him, claiming the $1,500.00 was for tarp installation only.

I called in advance to schedule an appointment. I was told that they would arrive between 10 and 10:30am. At 11:00 when they had not arrived, I called and was told that "Frank" was in a meeting and he could come over after his meeting. I told them that I had arranged my schedule to be there at the appointed time and I would call someone else. Frank later left a message on my voicemail that he had been in a meeting. Very unprofessional. The customer's time doesn't seem to be a priority for this company.

They were reliable and they did what they said they were going to do. We called other companies and they didn't do the repairs we needed done. They were recommended by another vendor. Their price was a little high. We would use them again.
