The owner, Joe, went above and beyond, following up in a timely manner, accommodating all my requests, and explained exactly what needed to be done in a way that even a relatively new homeowner like myself could understand. Contractor has been really accommodating and communicative. They keep to their word and uses integrity when working on projects. They show to be trustworthy and produced great results.

This outfit is top notch. I emailed them on a Saturday asking for some renovation help in my kitchen. The owner, Joe Davis replied within 20 minutes. I later learned he was in the Dominican Republic on vacation. I knew then I found the right company. Ralph met me at the house and we discussed what I wanted done and he gave me an excellent price quote. Extremely reasonable. It was so reasonable, I added painting the walls In the whole house to the work order. The work was professionally done and Iâ m tickled pink with everything they did. When I need anything else done, I will definitely hire them.

The work started 2 weeks earlier than planned. It took 2 days to complete because of daylight but the finish product looks great.

We spent a great deal of time with the salesman, Ralph White, discussing various issues and solutions to prepare our house for sale. Ralph always responded promptly and kept us informed throughout the process since we donâ t reside in the area. We were very pleased with the workmanship of this company.

Joe and his team were extremely professional and courteous. The attention to detail was amazing. They did phenomenal work. I had carpet removed from a stair case and staples removed, toilet installed, brand new sink and garbage disposal replaced and mantle taken down. Each and every job they did was done with the utmost precision. I will use All American again and have already referred them to my father for a job at his home. Will use again for future projects.

5 Star White Glove Service! I did a lot of research before handing over my hard earned money to a company to trust my home and remodel project with. Joe the owner jumped over hurdles and bent over backwards to ensure the attention to detail was 5 star. They had the best price quotes from the other 8 companies I called. Their work ethic and customer service was 5 star. Joe answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied even months after my project was completed. That goes to show you the true characteristics of the owner and his company. It all starts from the TOP AND All American is definitely at the top of their game! Joe and his crew were extremely responsive and quick to come assess and give recommendations for the appropriate repairs. They followed up on everything before during and after the projects were complete. Quincy in particular did a great job and even had to battle a hidden attack from a hornets nest. Thanks for all the hard work.

Joe has great customer service, walked me through everything step by step. He even was able to get me more money for my roof from my insurance claim. After the job was completed the dumpster company destroyed my garage door and Joe was able to help me get a new door without any hesitation. He is awesome, I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and they did a great job repairing both my front porch and back deck. They got the work done quickly and even went out at a moment s notice right before a holiday weekend for a last minute repair that could have delayed the closing on the house I was selling. Highly recommend!!

All American did an excellent job power washing and staining my deck. They were very proficient and professional. I contacted them on a Thursday and a week later my deck was like new. The All American Craftsman s team was incredible! I called for a roof repair for my mother-in-laws house and they were out the next day to repair. The damage was much greater then originally expected but the All American team knocked it out in one day for an incredible price!
