Very professional and easy to work with on repairs !!!

Tommy showed up on time and was very efficient with his work. He asked the right questions to ensure I would be happy with his work before he began and at several decision points regarding the vinyl siding job he was doing. He was professional throughout the job and was fun to talk with when I poked my head outside to see how things were going.

Installer took great pains to do a wonderful job !

They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use again for my next project!

Great communication. The contractors were always informative and detailed especially when it came to problems they ran into. They were punctual and always understanding of our time and availability. Plus they rolled in after we fired our previous contractor and knocked it out of the park!! We were already stressed and feeling cautious about the whole kitchen remodel and All American stepped in and put our minds at ease. My Wife gets to come home from her military detachment walk in to our house and see the kitchen of her dreams!!! Awesome remodel!! We have a kitchen to brag about!

Note specific project for this review was an over-lay on my bulk-head and bench. Initially I met with Ralph who went through all the projects on my list with me and broke them out both by team and availability of supplies. Ralph worked with the rest of the team to figure out how to work the schedule to meet some tight deadlines I have. The first team I have worked with is Joe and Brandon. Joe has been amazing to work with - he has been very diligent with following up on supply orders and communicating dates back to me, ensuring I am satisfied with the work, and through all communications has been extremely professional and friendly. Brandon performed the carpentry work and went the extra mile with routering all the edges and ensuring a very professional appearance. The team works hard to ensure customers are satisfied and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend All American Craftsmen & Contracting. This is a first class operation!!

Being a military spouse with your husband on deployment is very challenging specially when you are facing unexpected home repairs!! Thankfully I found All American Craftsmen and so far one of the best out there! They manage to figure out whatâ s the real cause of my window leaking problems. Joe was very approachable and transparent, he was able to come up with a solution that will fit into my budget. Had a kitchen remodel and foundation work done. The before and after transformation was amazing! American Craftsmen listened to my needs and I was so pleased with the final results. Quincy did a great job with all of the detailed work and cleaned up after each job. I have a long list of projects and will be happy to work with them again!

Joe and Quincy were so great to work with. Always prompt and quick to reply to my questions. They replaced my kitchen floor with vinyl plank and set upper and lower kitchen cabinets. Even after encountering unforeseen issues, they completed the job quickly and everything looks great. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for future jobs. All American did an amazing job Fixing a leak replacing pipe and hanging drywall. Quincy- did an excellent job was very professional, neat and fast. They were very responsive with my every need. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Joe and his team to replace some old warped exterior doors and casements on a rental house we own. The doors would never close well and were hard to get back open. When I initially called, Joe was very quick to get back with me with an estimate and worked with us to provide options on doors that fit our budget for the project. He was professional at all times and the finished product really changed the appearance of the house and made us feel like our new tenants would be safe. I understand that when the Supervisor inspected the job he had the crew come back and make some adjustments so that it would be perfect. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the integrity they showed by making sure it was right before having me come to inspect. I would hire these guys again without hesitation. The work was done well and the price was reasonable considering the work that had to be done!

We ran into some additional older damage that was only identified because they went the full mile. While that work was covered by another warranty, these supportive people worked around the other contractors and communicated extremely well. They have my house looking better than it was before the water damage. I am already planning to use them again for upgrades.

First, this company is great in the customer service department. From the direct contact Iâ ve had with the owner to talking on the phone with Nicole in order to get an estimate for insurance expedited, everyone has been so great to work with and they really make you feel important. Now, the work that was done, our home has had a chimney leak which has damaged drywall in the process. After years of people â repairing the issueâ with very temporary success, Joe ensured me that his guys could and will find and fix the problem, the thorough inspection done by them made me hopeful that we may finally fix this problem for good. They got us in quickly and did great work. For the cost, with a 3 year warranty, you canâ t go wrong. We appreciate how communicative they have been and we trust their workmanship. We are very excited to finally have this headache fixed! Thank you Joe!
