I was so relieved when I found them. We had a large amount of water damage starting from the attic to the second floor and then to the first floor( kitchen). They literally do everything. We met with Joe and we explained that we would need a drywall person, Painter, Wood Craftsman, and also a few upgrades like a Breakfast nook (custom built), and also front deck repair, ect.. Joe took care of everything and that really took the stress off of us. His guy is always on time and very professional. They are awesome and plan on using them for any other work that we will need to be done in the future. Thank,

Extremely fast, helpful, and professional. Had a window leak that had soaked through the sill and into the wall below. They came out the next day and got the rotted wood replaced and the window fixed in just a few hours. Worked with me to keep costs down, which was very helpful.

Had a terrible experience hiring this pro. Even though it has 5 stars. But sad to say that my experience will rate them down as being the perfect 5.0 score. It started with inflexibility of doing the job done. I had no problem with Ralph who gave the quote and we both agreed to pay half pay upfront then the rest of the payment will be paid after job completion. Experience was smooth not until scheduling the job, when and what time is the installation. I am an active duty military and work hours is crazy so I have to work my time off with this pro just to install my stuff. The scheduler says they don't work on Saturday. So I have to find time to work on my crazy busy schedule during weekdays. The first time we scheduled, unfortunately my ship had trouble being underway and had to come home late. I asked my husband to call from overseas to this pro to let them know that I can't make it on time because of the incident at sea. This pro scheduled the next day same time. As I said had to work with my schedule and approval to come home early but this pro didn't show up, message him an hour after the said time he should be arriving and he replied he can't make it because he still tied up to another job. I understand and still acknowledged his deal to reschedule again the next day same time. BUT STILL this pro didn't show up and hadn't heard anything. So this pisses me off because I had to work my crazy busy schedule just to deal with this pro. I reach out to Ralph, without his kindness help the installation won't get done up-to this time. Anyhow, the installers who came and do the job were awesome but I don?t think they are professional though because they have to poke every inch of my wall just to find a stud. Just saying. They got the job done and completed. So thanks to them too.

They installed bathroom and shower hand rails for my mother. They were here promptly at 0830 and done at 0945. They had everything they needed, came ready to work, and the area was left clean. They are polite and friendly and I will use them again.

After several unfortunate experiences with other contractors, All American contractors showed up on time, gave me a wonderful estimate, allowed me to make changes when I needed to and accommodated my schedule. I love the finished product and I'm already thinking of other projects where I can use them again!
