Friendly & professional. Got the work done quick

I have used Home Advisor frequently and have used a number of suggested pros with success. All American responded to a request for tile/grout work. I was happily surprised to learn that they are not only a class A general contractor but they have a â handyman divisionâ . I just bought an 11 year old house that needed (needs) a lot of work. I hired them for the tile work. I cannot overemphasize the diligence with which they conducted that work and it looks great. They were obsessive that the job be done thoroughly and look good. As a result I hired them to install some ceiling fans and light fixtures. Again, the work was timely and professionally done. Following these jobs, I hired them to paint my massive foyer and upstairs hallway. This was just completed and looks great. I have a list of pending jobs for which I will likely hire them. I would add that I am not a big comparison shopper so my pricing considerations are limited to what I think a job is generally worth and I go with it. But Iâ ve been satisfied with All Americanâ s proposals and have in each instance got more for my money rather than less. Finally, they are very communicative and informative about the work being done and itâ s progress and they follow up upon completion to ensure satisfaction. Workers have been friendly and reliable. A definite recommend.

Very polite and professionally done. We received quotes from two different companies and these guys were a $1000 below the others and did an amazing job. I am not joking around about that $1000 difference. They were polite and very quick. They came out the same day and completed the entire job! I WILL be hiring them again and you would be a fool not too.

Fast work and did exactly what I asked for and needed. Flooring, fencing, replacing glass in windows, deck/porch repair, painting, and door framing was all done quickly and cleanly. Great work done for a great price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs anything done for their home.

Very pleased with the short time it took to do major work to tear down/ install/ paint walls/ install flooring. Joe got the repairs going as soon as I closed on a rental property, and finished them extremely fast. Would recommend to anyone.

All American Craftsman was hired to complete several jobs prior to my home closing. The work was completed in a timely manner by two highly professional craft persons. They removed and repaired the outside door frame, repaired the sliding doors, installed an extension to a gutter and addressed several minor concerns. I would definitely recommend AAC for work in the future. Thanks Joe, your people did Great work.

We cannot say enough good things about this company!! We were referred to them through our electrician who had worked with them before. From the very first phone call to request service with Diane Davis, the customer service was top notch! Ralph White, sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times and based on our yard, needs, and preferences, came up with a beautiful plan for a deck around our above ground pool and also a deck on the back of our home. He was honest about pricing and explained the entire process before it was done. Joe Davis, owner, was very pleasant and professional through the entire process. He went out of his way to research and discuss with his team the best options for us, and was on site whenever needed.. Chris, co owner, was very professional and pleasant. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!

Ordered a 10.5 x 21 feet shed and hired this company to assemble. A team was sent out and after 4 hours had barely made any progress. They basically said that it was impossible to assemble. The owner called me later in the day and wanted to honor the contract we had made and stated he would send another crew out and even send more people if needed in order to get the shed assembled. Waited for 2 weeks for another crew to come out only to have them there for 1 hour and being told that they could assemble it but that it would take about 3 days and it was not worth the quoted price. They left without refunding my deposit. I had to wait another week to get my deposit back and someone merely stuck a check in the storm door (not even in an envelope) without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Now I am out $2600 because the company I bought the shed from would not accept a return as it was partially assembled. In the 2 weeks of the shed being partially assembled and waiting for the second crew to come out many of the columns had fallen over and stripped out the screws from the aluminum frame leaving it in an unusable state. I had planned to use this company for a variety of jobs since we have a brand-new house and many things need to be done (gutters, sidewalks, etc) and they had quoted a reasonable price for the shed but after this, I would not trust them to mow my lawn.

Spoke to Joe about installing a wood fence and he was out the next day to give a quote! Someone came out a couple days later and finished in 2 days! Great service and the fence looks great!

They fixed an issue that had been a problem for years and other contractors failed to fix.

I googled Handymen and only 1 called me to tell me he was booked for weeks. I tried the Home Advisor App. Joe from All American Craftsmen called me the next day. Joe came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate explaining what he would recommend. I had to leave town, but he sent me screenshots and had everything finished the next day!!! Very impressive and it looks fantastic!

They did what they said they would do and did it at a fair price

All American Craftsman and Contracting did an excellent job with my gutter clean out and install. Got bids from other leaf gutter guard companies and there was no comparison. Ralph came over and was a complete straight shooter. Gave me a quote with no hassles. Other companies were way more pushy trying to use every sales tactic in the book. Ralph and All American were honest brokers throughout the whole process. The cleaning and install was scheduled in a one hour window. The day of the job the installer showed up on time, He was kind and honest. Did a great job and even thanked me for my military service. All American did a great job! Owned and operated by veterans!

I'm pleased with this company and satisfied with the exterior painting they did for me. Quotes were comparable to other companies, but All American Craftsman were more professional than all others.
