The owner, Joe, came out to start the work the very next day as we were anxious to get our ceiling repaired right away. He helped me deal with our insurance company which made it easier on me since I knew nothing about insurance claims. The work turned out exactly as I expected. They were always on time and worked as long as it took to get the work done ASAP. I would highly recommend them for any type of quality work at a reasonable price work you need. Indoor and outdoor jobs both done well. Indoor cabinet removal especially, as it was unexpectedly difficult. Mark worked more hours than expected, and fine-tuned the job. Good service.

I had a small water damage that required some drywall, baseboard, trim repair and the replacement of a cabinet panel. Not only did Joe save me from having to file a claim, he went above and beyond to fulfill my request of finding an exact match to the cabinet panel that needed replacing. The panel he found did not have the matching casing so he was able to make a custom fitted casing that completely matched the panel. I am beyond happy with the service he provided and will gladly recommend to anyone I know for any job, large or small!

There were things around our home that needed to be fixed. My husband called All American and Joe Davis came out to help us. He was professional, very knowledgeable and his prices were great!!. Joe Davis sent Johnny Moore to our home to do the work and he was Outstanding!!!!!. I will tell my friends and use them again.

During the recent deep freeze in Hampton Roads, my pipes broke under the kitchen sink. I was able to fix the broken pipes however the water damage was outside of my capacity. I called All American and Joseph was available to help us right away. Joseph came out to assess the job and he felt confident of the task at hand. I'm EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism, care, and dedication the team provided. The attention to detail was tremendous and I was really impressed with how meticulous the team executed the project. The team removed our cabinets (with granite counter tops in place) removed and replaced all damaged wood, drywall, and instillation seamlessly. Our kitchen is fully restored without one detail of the damage ever occurring! A M A Z I N G!! My expectation is to hire this team for any other future home project. Let's be clear about this. I have used a number of contractors over the years. Most were very expensive, the quality of work was not up to professional standards. Thus, the reason that I recently began looking closely at reviews. Joseph and his crew of professionals are prompt, considerate,all professionals,great reasonable costs for quality work. Job quotes were immediate and much lower than any other contractor. Johnnie, most recent Joseph contractor went beyond the normal customer consideration. He checked with me every step of the process to ensure that I was satisfied with the work,materials and end completion. I have to say that NONE of my prior contractors went the length, and did other tasks that were not readily noticed at the beginning. Having said that, I will never use any other contractor for my work projects.

The quality of work, of Joseph is great. We have been looking for a good professional, for about 10 years; we wanted to find a professional who would do what he promise he would. The professional does custom work, he found additional problems and was able to inform/educate s; the professional is knowledgeable.

Out of the six contractors that came and gave me an estimate, this company was the one I felt the most comfortable hiring. Their price was right, and his suggestions for my project were great.
