Airight Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning

At exactly 10:15 am they were at my door, I was already impressed. Three workers arrived and while one was dealing with the dryer exhaust from the outside, (dryer is one the second floor) the other two were in the upstaris laundry room working from the inside out. They showed my how the exhaust venting in the back of my dryer was faulty and suggested replacement in addition to the "bird guard" on the outside. But the best fun was watching all the lint they extracted from the line (dryer exhaust system had not been cleaned in 6 yrs) They cleaned up after themselves and picked up the "lint bunnies" from the grass as well

Dana and his team were extremely professional. They were honest with us and very informative. We definitely recommend them to anyone who needs just a regular vent cleaning or a more complicated job like our own.

We were out of town for several months during the winter, and when my son, who had come by to check on things, called to tell us we had mold growing on one of our vents, I joined Angie's list and selected AIRight. With my brother-in-law's help, AIRight inspected the situation, gave us an estimate, and got to work. The company owner was in constant contact by telephone as things unfolded. As we live in an older home, I was not surprised when we were told that things were not in good shape. Essentially, we were in the position of having to trust a strangers. I have to say that we were nervous, but once we returned and were shown the photographs of the before and then saw the "after", I have no doubt that we were treated more than fairly and honestly. I would recommend AIRight to anyone!

I AM VERY PLEASED! Dana and his crew were very professional and helpful. I could have went the cheap route but I decided to take Dana recomendations because my vents have never been cleaned before and my house is 18 years old. My house had a "dusty old smell" and now it doesn't. I had them clean my vents and spray a mold remover and replace 10 vent covers...Not a bad price. They got here and went right to work, no goofing off or trying to sell me services that I did not need. Dana said I can do with out the extra stuff, but I opted to have him do it solely because my vents were obvisouly nasty and mold was present on a few of my vent covers...FOLKS, before you get alarmed, the mold is normal in your vents and there is no reason to get a mold abatement company to remove mold from you ducting...Unless Dana says you need that type of service, which is unlikley. Dana and his crew are very knowledgable and I feel they are trust worthy..I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.

I called Airight to inquire about a basic vent cleaning and Dana gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and was available fairly quickly to complete the work. We purchased the home in August and the previous owner had a dog and cat. We had also been doing renovations over the past several months. With a daughter who has severe dog/cat allergies and asthma, I expressed my concern for having the ducts cleaned and sanitized, and also requested that Dana check the integrity of the ductwork, since the house was built in the early 1960s and we had noticed that the airflow didn't seem to be up to par, even after having a new a/c, airhandler, and furnace installed. He uncovered several register lines that were completely disconnected from the main line. He was very thorough in showing me exactly what he had found, and explained how he could perform the repairs, and then gave me a detailed quote that I felt was very fair for the amount of work to be done. He and his crew completed the entire job that same day, with the exception of just one vent cover that had to be ordered. Now after having lived in our new home for a bit, our HVAC system is running perfectly and we are reasurred by the fact that we know the air we are breathing is clean and fresh! I would highly recommend their services!

They were very good. It cost me $155. They were very good and it took them less than 45 minutes to take care of it. They were very professional and in and out. The price was good and fair and we got it when they were having a special. We called and they came out the same day and it was really good. They said they would be here within 45 minutes and they were here. Their professionalism was excellent.

I found this company through an Angie's deal and called last week for an appointment. A three person crew arrived on time and were very efficient in their task. My dryer was pulled away from the wall and the owner Dana cleaned back there as the other 2 technicians cleaned the outside access. Dana suggested a different exterior vent but didn't have one on the truck. I asked him what it would cost to bring one back out (past Pungo) and he said that it really wasn't going to be cost effective for me to have him make the trip just for a 10 dollar part. He wrote the name of the part on the invoice so that the next time we had him out to clean (probably the HVAC system) to remind him to bring one. The work was completed in 30 minutes. Overall a very positive experience.

They were excellent. The dryer vent was upstairs and very hard to get to, so I think the price they charged was very reasonable for the work they did. I have used them before and I find them to be professional. They really seem to know what they are doing. I have tried to get this vent cleaned earlier by somebody else and they did not know how to get to it. They do a great job. They are very knowledgeable. The head of the company is very knowledgeable.

Airight Duct Cleaning thoroughly cleaned out all the air ducts in my house. I was told it had never been done before just by the look of it. Due to the condition of the ducts I decided to have an antimicrobial solution sprayed throughout the ducts. They also recommended to have all the vent plates replaced which I am extremely happy I opted to do. They were all very courteous and timely. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail and cleanliness. I was also recommended to have my dryer vent cleaned out as well which I opted for but was told more work needed to be done internally to the dryer in order for it to run more efficiently. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of work. In the end it was a little pricey but I had peace of mind knowing my family was breathing cleaner air.

After calling around for air duct and dryer vent cleaning services, I finally got to talking to a legit company who took the time to explain step by step the job that was to be performed and to give us a fair price as well. Airight Duct Cleaning was called in to clean our air ducts and dryer vents which they did in a professional and timely manner. They arrived on time as scheduled and got right to work, but not before going over the job at hand one more time. Although "Airight Duct Cleaning" arrived to service our air ducts and dryer vents only, they quickly spotted a major installation oversight that was overlooked by a very reputable Air Conditioning and Heating company we did business with back in January 2009. Upon checking the A/C Unit, the guys at "Airight Duct Cleaning" found the that the seal on the A/C drain line was never removed upon installation, causing the A/C unit to operate on the emergency overflow line which was not ridding off the excess water/condensation trapping it inside the unit. Additionally, they discovered that the excess water/condensation built inside the unit caused the rusting of many parts to include the coils and soaked the insulation material. There was water gushing out of the A/C unit into the drain pan which was almost overflowing into our attic and ceilings further causing damage. Due to the excess water building up and added condensation/humidity inside the A/C unit it was also discovered and confirmed that our air ducts needed to be treated for mold bacteria build up. It is beyond me why such a reputable Air Conditioning and Heating company would make such an oversight that would’ve cost us a lot of money if not found in time. If it wasn't for "Airight Duct Cleaning", their attention to detail and trained eyes, we would've had extensive damage and taken a huge hit in our wallets due to our A/C unit a) breaking down on us or b) the water from the drain pan spilling into our attic and damaging the ceilings or maybe even both . Thank you guys for the awesome job done at our home and for potentially saving us tons of money is added repair cost. I highly recommend "Airight Duct Cleaning"!!!!!

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were very polite and friendly. The work took about 1/2 hr. and they had explained everything they were doing the whole time. When they were done, they cleaned up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Everything went very well. They were here when they said they would be here. The were very careful as they worked and used covering when needed and when they were finished they vaccum and left my home clean.

Very professional and thorough. Original estimate was about $800, but as they went we needed mold decontamination and we elected to have new registers installed to replace moldy ones. We also had a duct replaced. The ultimate price crept up to $1781.

They were fast and efficient, but there were surprise charges. I probably would use them again with a better understanding of the services to be provided beforehand.

I would recommend them. They were very good. Everything was good, including the lead-up, the estimate, and the actual work. My wife has breathing problems, and she thinks there's a world of difference.
