Airight Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning

Cleaned the dryer vent which goes to the roof. They always do a great job with the dryer, pipes, etc.

We used Airight twice. The first time was very thorough and we were very satisfied. The second time seemed to us to be rather cursory. The other thing that we didn't like was they only came around 5:00pm -- sort of like it was a sideline for them.

I give this company: TWO THUMBS UP! We have a large family and our dryer runs every day/365 days a year. The owner had two workers with him. They were not just punctual, but called to ask could they come early and were here within 10 minutes (as he indicated from the call); as well as, professional and did an excellent job with the service and cleanup. Never knew a dryer vent could hold that much lent! He recommended having the vent cleaned at least once a year and if our usage remained the same, then have it done twice a year. (Thinking we will go with the 2x year just because of our daily, large family loads - 8 people total here) Also, in previous years, we've had another company clean our dryer vent, but they did not use the industrial blower in their service. My husband was never pleased with their services. He is 100% happy with this company.

Fantastic. Dana and his crew came by quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He gave me his recommendations without a commitment or a fee. Did a large project in one day to a system that hadn't been updated or likely cleaned since the 80's. The best!!

Dana kept me informed during each stage of the job. He pointed out the value of possible upgrades as well as required changes to the work order due to findings such as my caulked duct vents, not normally found on sites. I thought the upgrades, the exterior vents, vent covers and the dryer hose, were worth the additional expense. They promised to be here between 8:00 and 8:30 A.M. They arrived at 8:07. The job took less that 2 1/2 hours. They left my home very clean. I will hire them again.

Phenomenal!! I sent a request to set an appointment, and they called within 10 minutes saying they had a cancellation and could do the job today! Extremely professional and nice. Very clean and quick. They even spoke to the building maintenance person because I wasn't sure where the duct ran...oddly...it was a unique path to under the building to get to the outside!

They were here exactly when they said they would be. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. The A-rating wasn't high enough.

Pat and Houston did the work at my house. They were professional, courteous, friendly and respected my home as if it were their own! They did a great job on cleaning the ducts and the cleanup after they were done. They were also very friendly with my three dogs. I would recommend them to anyone that needs duct cleaning!

Dana and the man that came out with him were very nice and kind. Dana explained everything he was doing and why. I found it so easy to deal with. I plan on calling him back to clean out my duck work for the HVAC system.

Dana returned my call quickly and schedule the service for the next day. He gave me a small arrival window and called ahead to let me know exactly when they would be here. The guys started working the moment they walked in the house. They were all nice and personable. I'd ordered the basic service but the age and likely long-time neglect of the ducts in my house required more work, which cost more money. The only price that seemed extravagant was the fogging, and I'm not sure they did exactly what I paid for, but otherwise I'm very happy with it. The guys were here for quite a while, which I didn't expect, but that's just because I've never had this done before. They worked hard and I feel good knowing the ducts are clean and I wont have to worry about them for another 5-7 years.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dana and his crew! They were amazing. Do not go with any other company if you need this type of service performed in your home. You will not get better service anywhere. I don't how you could. Dana, Kyle, Houston, and Pat were very knowledgeable, polite, neat, and professional. I know their names because they all introduced themselves and shook my hand! They did a thorough job of cleaning both HVAC systems in my home. They sanitized all the vents and coils because mold was discovered and shown to me. They showed me areas that I could maintain myself to prevent future problems and advised me of proper filter placement and which brand of filters would serve me best. They replaced rusting vent covers and ones that weren't properly installed in the ceiling. They also repaired the duct work to two vents under my house that weren't working. They were punctual (actually arrived early both days). Dana didn't take a dime till the work was completed the next day. In total, they spent over 4 hours in my home. They swept the floor after they were done and Dana personally asked me if everything looked okay and was there anything else he could do for me before they all left. What phenomenal customer service! It is so rare to find such quality work these days from service companies. Airight was a breath of fresh air, in more ways than one! Thanks to all of you at Airight for such a great job! I highly recommend Airight. You will not be disappointed.

Okay, overpriced , took him 10 minutes, my husband said he would never pay for that again.

They had to come and put in a whole new duct system and clean the coil of the AC. They did an excellent job. I really appreciate their work. I haven’t had any issues.

Dana and his crew were very professional and courteous. They arrived within 24 hours of my first phone call, much faster than expected considering how busy service contractors are this time of year. They quickly determined that a roof vent would be the shortest possible run, so I hired them to do everything except the actual roof part (cutting a hole in the roof and mounting a vent). The only negative was that the service was way overpriced, maybe double what I should have paid for an hour of work. I said yes, so I can't find too much fault with AirRight. All in all, the eperience was good. Next time I'll probably haggle a bit.

My wife has terrible allergies, and even though we bought a whole house air cleaner system the ductwork was filthy. I called Airight and Dana was super helpful and professional explaining the process to me. He quoted me a price I thought was fair and scheduled. They arrived right on time and did a walkthrough explaining the process. All three workers introduced themselves by name and were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was outstanding.

The company was punctual and professional. Three individuals came over and immediately introduced themselves and started cleaning out my dryer vent. They showed me how badly the dryer vent and duct were blocked by lint and a bird's nest. They suggested and installed a cage to prevent birds from building a new nest. They also installed new dryer vent tubing. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the mess that was created.

Dana and his two crew spent 3 plus hours thoroughly cleaning the air ducts. They also cleaned the dryer vent. All three were professional, friendly and never took a break. They explained everything. They have good equipment. I had done a lot of research before contracting with them and quickly felt I was dealing with a first rate outfit. The house smells noticeably much better--like clean air. Before we had a dust coating, especially on the second floor, that required almost daily dusting. So far, after several days, I haven't seen any dust accumulation. This is a relief to me, as I am recuperating from a serious lung infection and now know that I am breathing clean air. But the big story is the cleaning of my dryer vent, which produced enough straw and leftovers from bird nests to fill a 40 gallon trash bag!! It is a miracle that I never had a fire in the vent, as the straw was dry and looked very combustable. The birds had obviously been spreading the word about the fine accommodations. The external guard that the company put on the vent is first-rate with strong, finely meshed wire that defies future entry! Their suggestion to put a guard on the kitchen vent was also a good one, as it will prevent furry intruders, especially as the weather grows colder. Nobody likes to spend money on home maintenance, but I can honestly say this was the best "bang for the buck" that I have spent on this house so far.

Upon arrival, Dana evaluated the job and determined that we really needed additional work that included sanitizing the air ducts after cleaning, optional replacement of all upstairs vents and the main filter grills, replacement of one flex line under the house that that had disintegrated and miscellaneous repairs to several other lines, cleaning the dryer vents. They had to reschedule a visit to complete the repairs under the house. The end result was "Outstanding." They were all very professional and spent significant time in replacing/repairing the ductwork under the house. They cleaned everything completely prior to finishing their job. While cleaning the dryer vents, Dana discovered that the dryer flap was blocked creating a fire hazard. He went under the house to attempt to free it, but because it was vented under the deck, something was blocking it from the other side. He offered to try to make some recommendations when he returned on Friday as he was extremely concerned of the fire hazard that it presented. When he returned on Friday to do the work under the house, I told him our son was going to work on the dryer flap over the weekend, but he said he wanted to see what he could do about it as he was concerned. He removed the deck board and found a significant amount of concrete blocking the dryer flap. They dug and chiseled to remove it and the air started flowing to the extent you could see it blowing leaves on the ground. Problem solved! Dana and his team went above and beyond our expectations to ensure everything they were hired to do was done with perfection. While there was a significant difference in the initial quote and the final cost, all above and beyond that cost were optional and we elected to purchase them. The house smells so good now, the air flow from the AC/Heating system is great, and the grill work looks fantastic. Haven't tried the dryer yet, but I'm sure that will work like new now. They are extremely courteous and respectful and we would hire them again in a minute.

These guys were great! Very professional, friendly and punctual. They explained every thing in detail about what they were doing and why. I had used them to clean the dryer vent system and they were so good I decided to use them again. Highly recommend them!

Three men arrived on time, very professional and focused on tasks, but also very friendly. Provided good advice on continuing maintenance. They were very careful in doing their work, very thorough in approach. Seemed to take the extra time to do everything properly and left the house neat. The owner, Dana Jackson, said that he enjoys what he does, likes helping people, and his work demonstrates just that. Very pleased. Compliments for a job well done.

They worked quickly and efficiently with a crew of four workers. They were very detailed in there explanation of why the vent run needed to be replaced. We have had issues with the vent constantly getting clogged for years. So far airflow through the vent has been great and the time it takes to dry clothes has been cut by almost half compared to before.

They showed up and went to work immediately. The team lead was very informative on problems with our duct work and corrected it on the spot.

The team that came to the house were very efficient and did a great job. I would totally recommend them to others. The only complaint that I have is the price. When I called I just said that I wanted the air ducts cleaned, they quoted me a price of $350.With that price they said that they would clean and sanitized the air ducts. When they got to the house the paper they gave us said there was a $200 charge for the sanitization. I was disappointed by the extra charge but I'm very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the gentlemen doing the work.
