They installed a new toilet in my Master Bath that I had purchased. They worked in a timely manner, and made sure everything worked properly. We have used this company on two other occasions over the years, and they are always courteous, professional, and do a great job, and they clean up everything before they depart. Finally, no matter the project, they make sure you are completely happy with the work they did. We plan on using them in the near future once again. You can feel confident calling on this company to do any plumbing work you need.

After a dissapointing and expensive experience with a previous plumber (see review for Bob the Plumber), Affordable Plumbing, LLC was found on Angie's list with great reviews. They were hired to correct the work of the previous plumber. This included properly locating the shower drain and installing it correctly and level. Additionally, Affordable Plumbing completed the rough-in work in the master bathroom. This was done for a very reasonable price and the remainder of the remodeling work could proceed. I was so please with Steve Lane's professionalism and the quality of work performed by his employees that I used Affordable Plumbing extensively for the remainder of the plumbing work in both bathrooms. I really appreciated that Steve allowed me to purchase all of the plumbing materials at his contractor's cost. This saved a lot of money and I was able to select higher quality products. At each stage the work was completed in a reasonable time and the workmanship was excellent. On one particular Saturday I had an electrician working on a ceiling light/fan in the guest bathroom. Unfortunately, he cut into a water pipe with his sawsall and sprung a major leak. I called Steve who responded immediately to fix the problem. There was some debate between the electrician and Steve regarding the method to fix the leak. Steve explained how he would complete the repair and why it was the best and correct long term solution. After completing the work Steve only charged $100.00 for an emergency repair on a Saturday. I was amazed. Steve's hourly rate is $95.00 per hour, yet he was on site for this repair for a little over an hour, not including travel time. Steve charged $85.00 per hour for his assistant plumber who performed most of the remodeling work. Both rates are very reasonable. I say this because Affordable Plumbing was not availble for the final fixture work in the guest bathroom. Steve was sorry he could not perform the work but suggested I use Johnny Eiban. Johnny also did great work, but in comparison his rate was around $123.00 per hour. I will call Steve Lane and use Affordable Plumbing for all future plumbing work. If by chance they are not available, then I will call Johnny. Steve is truly an honest and fair professional. He helped immensely in completing the condominium remodel that had started off quite poorly. It is comforting to know I can rely on Steve and not have to search for bids on plumbing work anymore. I just call Steve.

I determined I had a crack in a water pipe and it was shooting water into the crawl space. Shut off water main. No water to house. Contacted Affordable Plumbing (Steve Lane). He was here within 20 minutes of call. Problem pipe identified and replacement water pipe installed. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, He is now my go-to guy for all plumbing issues.

He is always on time, always patiently answers all of our questions, and yet doesn't charge us for the extra time he takes with us. Because he's superior to the other plumbers we had in our home to give estimates, I asked him about other pros that he knew and would recommend to us. He gave us Jamie Aurigemma, owner of Anchor Electrical Services and again, we will not work with anyone else. Good guys tend to stick together.

The plumber is very good. I spent about $220 for the job. They did really well. He explained everything as he went along. We got the quote pretty much upfront. He told us what it was going to be.

I have used Affordable Plumbing in the past to install a hot water heater. They also did well with that. While opening the drains, they did a very great job. Everything is functioning properly and I have no complaints. The pricing was reasonable. I would have no problems hiring them again.
