+ -1 moreI will never use this service again and highly recommend that anyone that does use him has a back up plan. He won't even take my calls.
Description of Work: I scheduled my move 2 months in advance with the owner, William. A week before my move, his number had been disconnected and I had to write to his business address to find out if he was still coming. The day of the move, he was supposed to be there at 8 am. I called at 8:15 and asked where he was. He said he thought he was supposed to be there at 9. At 10:30 I called again and was told he was "stuck" at another job and that his other truck was coming to move my belongings. I was supposed to turn in the key that day. After 9 hours of him telling me he was coming (because I had to keep calling him back and even texting when he wouldn't answer) he stopped answering the phone all together. The next morning I called him from a different number and he said he was on the way and would move me for free. He never showed up AGAIN. And this time he turned his phone off.
