Description of Work: Contacted provider on 5/26 - 7am via message to request a quote on several projects I was looking to have done; spoke with the owner who said they were quite busy but he would have someone call or message me. That afternoon, I did receive a message from Angie's List and also an email that stated I would be contacted soon. Well here it is July 4th (5 weeks since my first and only contact with them and I have never heard back - no message, no email, no text. It would have been much more professional of them if they just sent a message or called and said they had way to many projects and would not be able to get with me to give a quote on the work I wanted done. - Obviously they don't need the busy and are not interested in new customers. Very poor customer service!! I have hired several providers from Angie's List and have always been contacted in a timely manner - they were responsive in a timely manner whether I chose them for the project or not - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT - Ace Home Improvements might want to remember this as at some point they may be needing/wanting new customers.
