Initially it went well. Scheduling and treatment were prompt and on time. After 60 days the roaches returned. Called and was told the treatment was only good for 30 days. They wanted $165 to retreat. Buyer Beware before your order from them.

Great! No hassle, no gimmicks Jason came in covered his shoes and went to work. He was helpful in answering questions and offered additional services but wasn't pushy. I very happy and I will be using Accel again.

The service was excellent and Dan was wonderful. He took his time and sprayed the interior and exterior of my home as well as swept for spider webs (not an easy task!). He also explained ways to prevent future issues beyond traditional spraying techniques. We will definitely hire this company again in the future.

The squirrels haven't returned. They did a good job. They were punctual and didn't try to upsell. I was very pleased with them.

IT WENT VERY WELL. ARRIVED ONTIME ON BOTH OCCASSIONS...FOR THE INITIAL INSPECTION AND FOR THE FOLLOWUP VISIT TO TREAT THE PROPERTY.. DURING THE FREE INSPECTION, EXTERMINATOR ALERTED ME TO A PLUMBING LEAK UNDER THE HOUSE. DURING THE TREATMENT FOR PESTS, EXTERMINATOR EXPLAINED PROCESS AND WHAT TO EXPECT. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM ACCEL!

They are the only company that has been able to actually treat my home for ants. Since they started treating my home a year ago I have not had any ants return, not even in the summer months. They are very professional.They are very prompt and provide very good customer service.

I must tell you that before I found Accel Pest & Termite Control, I hired Home paramount pest control. I started out with a minor ant problem around my kitchen sink area, I called Home Paramount exterminating, and signed a contract with them. I stayed with them for six months...Home paramount came back and forth, treating my home for ants for six months...the ants traveled from the kitchen sink to the food pantry, then to the electric oven, then the dining room, and then upstairs to the bedrooms!!! it was horrible and embarrassing when people came to visit. So, I cancelled my contract with Home Paramount. Then I decided to check Angie's List and found a coupon for Accel Pest and Termite Control; Oh my goodness, my one and only regret is that I did not video tape what happened next: Dan came to my home, on time, and was so thorough and professional. He was so knowledgeable about ants and their habits; he knew exactly which of his products he needed to use to rid my home of the type of ants I had. He treated the sink area first, then he opened the door of the food pantry and and put little dabs of what looked like paste on the bottom shelf of the cabinet, We could see ants scurrying around in there. Dan said, "The bait I'm using is going to attract the ants, and that's exactly what we want, we want the ants to be attracted to the bait so they will eat it and take it back to their nest and share it, so the whole nest will be destroyed". By the time he treated the upstairs and came back down and checked the pantry, it was sickening, I have never seen so many ants in all my life! Dan said "No Matter how bad you want to spray those ants, DO NOT SPRAY THEM. We want them to continue to eat every bit of that bait, carry it back to their nest, and share it. In a couple of days, you will not see any more ants." Wow! that's exactly what happened: in two or three days I did not see any more live ants. I did see several dead ones though, Dan also sprayed around the perimeter of my home. I highly recommend Accel Pest and Termite Control. You do not have to live with any type of pest in your home, NOR do you have to live with a company that wants you to pay them to come back every thirty days to spray, while your pest problems get worse and worse!! Just call ACCEL.

Accel had made sure to make contact to make sure that the time frame that was scheduled was still OK with my schedule. Mike had shown up on time and was very friendly and professional. He began to talk about all of the services that were provided by the company and took into account my concerns and tended to them specifically. All of the questions that I had were answered with great depth as he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Accel again and would highly suggest anyone that desires professional service to do the same.

Went well. The representative found no evidence of vermin and explained the noises we were hearing. Also suggested possible measures to deter vermin in the future.

First floor ant problem solved. 2 or 3 treatments for the flying ants were unsuccessful. Company and tech were Johnny on the spot and answered and responded to my calls for assistance. However, the insect problem remains.

I had to have it redone. I thought the price was reasonable. I really doubt whether or not they had the chemical they needed because I'd had a flea explosion from my past and you couldn't tell they had ever sprayed. I hired a completely different company on a neighbor's recommendation and you could tell that day after they were done. Everything else was fine. It didn't actually work.

I had an ant infestation around my property and also in the inside of my home. Technician sprayed the outside perimeter, inside my house and took care of problem. Said I might see a few ants the day after from the residual but I never saw a single ant after he left. great job!!

The contract was explained in detail. The crew was on time, polite, and helpful. They removed the old plastic and insulation and installed new. It is so clean you can slither around down there without protective clothing. They cheerfully answered all our questions and were quite professional. An outstanding job!

Two servicemen arrived on schedule. Both were EXTREMELY courteous and happy to answer questions. They worked diligently until the job was completed the next day. They cleaned up after themselves and the area looked better than before they started. I would not hesitate to recommend Accel to anyone needing insulation and/or pest control. Attic looks GREAT! Thanks to the Accel team for an outstanding job!
