Description of Work: I was completely frustrated with the exterminators we have used for the last 12 years. I don't know if the dad retired and the son took over but Forrest Pest Control will never see another dollar from me. Checked angies list and read the reviews on Accel. Over a hundred reviews with an overwhelming majority of happy customers. As we know in this world it is impossible to please everyone. Robert and the other technicians were thanked on a continual bases. Within 48 hours of contacting them my issues were resolved and I now have a extermination and pest control company with the capability to not only identify problems but fix them in a professional manner. They still know how to thank a customer for the business which provides them with a paycheck to support a family. What a breath of fresh air. I will use them as long as they provide the professional service and don't forget to thank the customer for the chance to become their service provider.

Description of Work: They did pest control and no problem since. Had them take care of crawl space and "encapsulation". Looks okay, large "tarp" but edges seems just to be laying there- I guess not sure what I was expecting from on that side. |They left a pile of diet or sand a few feet away from crawl space that I cannot recall if I asked them to take care of now or if I just did it myself. |Overall I think a fair price; kudos on the payment plans for the pest control and encapsulation.

Description of Work: They treated my shed and fence for an infestation of termites and carpenter ants. They also did a preventive treatment on my home. They were very punctual, courteous, and professional.

Description of Work: Provided service by locating where the roaches were located and eliminated them. They did a great job and we hope to get in touch with them again about setting up another appointment with them.

Description of Work: The two gentlemen from ACCEL were prompt in their arrival and very professional during the entire appointment. After determining the problem, they explained exactly what they would be doing during their visit in great detail. Both employees were respectful and courtesy and answered every question I had. One of the gentlemen went so far as to fixing the handle on my front door! I was so impressed by the service, that I signed up for future treatments! Thanks ACCEL!

Description of Work: They were great! But they never returned phone calls for follow up, or when we called to schedule more services. My husband and I decided we would like quarterly services, but no one called us back. It wasn't till I received a bill for this quarter that I had known they came out!! There wasn't even a courtesy reminder call, nothing. We will be looking for someone else who knows how to communicate with customers, but in the mean time, we need the service . :(

Description of Work: The gentleman did a detail investigation ,of our home.he took the time and explain what he recommended.He put down some things,also he went above and beyond pulling up some poison Ivy!(Mind Sweating all the way )He worked very Diligent !We were Highly Impressed!

Description of Work: TREATED FOR TERMITES AND RODENTS.EXTERMINATED YELLOW JACKET NEST.I SIGNED A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THEM

Description of Work: They treated the inside and outside of the house for pests, and did a very good job.

Description of Work: They came in and sprayed in the general area where bugs were sited, sprayed other areas in the house, and left bait in areas where bugs were the thickest. Then they scheduled to do services again in two weeks. August 18th was their second visit. Same areas were covered again but at this time I have seen a lot less bugs. Those that come out from their hiding areas are slow and sluggish if not dead. They have already called and set up services for 2 weeks from August 18th.

Description of Work: Did a house and yard treatment for fleas with warrantee. The fleas were reduced to almost nothing immediately, but returned in 6 days. They came out immediately on the next day when I called about the return. They used a stronger flea treatment the next time and the fleas have been gone for 3 days now. They were very professional and very responsive to our needs by coming out the next day both times I called to schedule. They may be a little more expensive than some, but I definitely appreciate the prompt and professional service and feel they will stand behind there guarantee with no delay.

Description of Work: They treated for known active termites. The service was more than outstanding. I am very pleased to say the least with the service. I would definitly suggest them to others and i will definitly use them again.

Description of Work: We discovered small mice living in a couple of our walls. Accel Pest Control came right out accessed the problem and handled the situation. After some time we discovered mice in yet another wall ... Accel came right out and remedied the situation. They were polite, clean, and we would certainly recommend this company to everyone.

Description of Work: While remodeling our home, a little critter got in and was living in our house. He was quite elusive but Shon and his guys came out regularly with a variety of traps and bates until they caught the little fellow that was wreaking havoc on our nerves. -Very nice, diligent and professional owner and team.
