Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal off Angie's List for annual pest control service. The technician arrived on time, sprayed the interior and exterior of our home, knocked down two wasp nests - one on our pergola and one in our daughter's cedar playhouse. He also cleaned all the cobwebs off the exterior of our home. They will be back in a few months for the next treatment! :)

Description of Work: Service tech was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. Although we initially had some minor spider issues after the first treatment, Accel sent another tech out to give the whole house another treatment. Overall the responsiveness and service have been great.

Description of Work: We paid for the deal. Accel contacted us via Angie's List message. John Reid came out as scheduled, on time. He took off his shoes at the door while we walked around the house to describe the history of the pests. After looking around the outside with us, he donned coveralls and performed a crawl space inspection. He then complimented my husband on the job he had done already closing up all the possible points of entry and recommended we apply for a refund. We were extremely pleased at his professional, honest, fair, no pressure service and will contact them again if needed and we will recommend them to others without reservation. Excellent company!
