Description of Work: Service was performed on time as described but the level of attention to detail and quality of the job was mediocre. The tech did not bother to either move items or ask for the items to be moved (husband was standing right there and had to ask the tech to stop so that he could remove our belongings before they were sprayed by poison). We have small children and pets so this was a big concern for us. Many items were over-sprayed. We were told that the poison was in a mist form and would dissipate within 30-60 minutes. This was not the case. Some areas were still wet 6 hours later. Other places we simply wiped down to remove the poison. Again, the tech was pleasant and did his job but we were not impressed with the overall quality and will not likely use them again.

Description of Work: I had an ant problem in my kitchen. The company came as promised and treated the house, inside and out. Unfortunately, the area that seemed to be the worst was not treated because I was told the counters couldn't be treated due to the nature of the product that was used. The ants were either as bad or worse several days later, I ended up buying a can of Raid which got rid of them!

Description of Work: Purchased a one-year service plan because we were having problems with fleas, but had also seen several of those large bugs. They did initial review and treated the same day. I called back a couple of weeks later since I had seen more fleas (probably brought in by the cats) and they came back out and treated again with no questions asked. Very polite and professional.
