They are prompt. They show up when they say they are going to be here. The technicians are professional. They are neatly dressed and polite and they provide a very good service.

The service with Accel went really well. We actually just signed a service contract with.

Mr Reid was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very pleasant. He went around the outside of the whole house and removed all the spider webs and two wasp's nests. He then sprayed all around the foundation, windows and doors. He only sprayed a little bit inside which pleased me. I haven't seen a bug since he left and this is a big time of year for little things to come in. He also treated my garage. He inspired confidence and didn't try to scare me with all the things that could come into my home or try to sell me unneeded services.

Shaun and Accel are above average on their customer service and professionalism. As always, they did a great job. I have never been disappointed.

John was prompt during the initial visit, and put together a fair estimate of the work to be performed. When I offered a deposit, he said he would not take money until the work was complete to my satisfaction. The work was scheduled at my convenience, and technicians arrived at scheduled times. Construction work was completed promptly. John stopped back by to personally check on the work that had been performed. Once he was satisfied that the work was good, he collected the fee. Over all, we were extremely pleased with John, and the work his company performed. Two very small issues included:1) Plastic was not placed on the carpet next to the flooring that was repaired, so sawdust was in the carpet. The employee did not clean this up, or offer to clean it up.2) When the technician came to spray the yard, he left the fence open and my boys (2 rowdy dachshunds) escaped from alcatraz without looking back. My husband tracked them down and they are safe and sound!) John was advised of both of these issues and apologized and said he would make sure it didn't happen again. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I am hopeful that the flea and tick spray will be helpful. We have already had two ticks before the treatment, so time will tell. PS... My husband went under the crawl space yesterday and he said it looked so great that we could have a party down there. I declined, but it is good to know!

The guy that came out was very professional and very informative. He took care of everything we asked him to take care of. He gave us some information we needed to help prevent future problems. He was supposed to email something back to us and it took a couple of weeks to get that invoice but other than that everything was good.

John showed up to do the inspection and estimate exactly when he said he would. Then John and his partner showed up exactly when he said he would, to perform the service. Then John and his partner did exactly what they said they would do. They both were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need exterminator services.

We were not home because of another appointment, but previous house calls, the service agent has been prompt and courteous. We were using Orkin, but not seeing a difference in the amount of bugs. Switched to Accel and they pointed out numerous things that were not being done by Orkin, plus they offered to charge $20 less! Since we started using Accel, there has been a drastic decrease, dare I say to zero, in pests around the house. Highly recommend Accel Pest Control for all your needs.

They arrived on time, performed the service efficiently and left the workspace as clean as before they arrived. Afterwards explained what they had done, identified any issues and assured me they would be available if we had any problems.

We had a different company but I didn’t like how they were doing things and what they were suggesting. He was able to come the day after I called between one and two and he came when he said he would. We talked about what we wanted and then they put on suits and went under the house so he could make recommendations. He is going to treat the termites first and then he would have carpenters come out and talk to us individually. Unlike any other company I’ve heard of, their work is insured if there is a re-infestation at any point. If they have to come back and kill more termites, you still don’t have to pay more than the $140 a year. They are congenial and understanding, they work with the customer's needs, and they don't try to sell you more than you need.

We purchased our home last August. Several friends told us that we should look at getting a termite protection plan for our home since Virginia Beach is known for termite problems. This spring when our next door neighbors discovered swarming termites I decided to have our home inspected. I called a total of four different companies. Accel was the second company that visited and inspected our home. While in our home, Shon was very thorough in his inspection and gave a clear presentation of options available. While he was explaining the process during the initial visit, my daughter had an accident on the swings in our back yard. I heard her scream and jumped up from the table and ran out of the house. Shon had not heard her, so he had no clue what had happened until I came back in with my daughter. She had cut her eye and was bleeding. He patiently sat there while I comforted and took care of her. I was distracted after that, needless to say. He left his bid with me and I told him I would get back with him. He called later that day to check on how she was doing. I greatly appreciated that. We left town for several weeks and the termite treatment issue was left unresolved. Two months passed and I called Accel back. Shon remembered me (bleeding child is hard to forget!) and we scheduled Accel to come out and do the work. Of the four companies that inspected our home, Accel and one other offered the same treatment options. I chose Accel for several reasons. First, their price for treatment was about $140 below that of the other company. Their discounts were clear and readily offered. The other company offered a discount, but only after I told them I had seen it on Angie's list. Secondly, I chose Accel because of the initial visit and respect shown to me. Shon was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the many questions asked of him. The whole process today was impressive. Had I not seen with my own eyes the holes that were drilled and the trenches dug, I would not have been able to tell that they had been here and done a treatment. Their work was above and beyond what I was expecting. Shon even went out of his way to protect flower seedlings in one of the flower beds. I appreciate the attention to detail that went into the whole process. Thank you, Accel.

The Team showed up ontime and fully ready to go to work. They wasted no time getting started. One worked under house while other started on outside of foundation. After all treatments were completed the team worked together to restore all property to it,s original condition. The team was extremely couteous and very profesional and helpful in answering my questions. Total time of job was about five hours. I was very impressed and fully satisfied with the service I Recieved. The contract calls for a return visit to check to ensure results.
