They did very well. They stuck with the Big Deal price. I've used them before. I had them come back and I was satisfied. They did offer another price because I was considering other work. I had no problem there.

I had a very good experience. Last year I got the Angie's List special which was a year of service for $260 and I just renewed with them a couple weeks ago. I don't know how much it is now but they gave me the same deal from last year for another year. It was for an annual pest control package.

Well came right away and set up payment plan

So I had a service agreement with this company that I purchased in 2016 in which I provided a review at that time. However, I'm not satisfied with my most recent communication with them. So the service was for treatment of the interior and exterior of my home. I contacted them in June for interior service because I saw an ant in the bathroom and control of ants was one of the reasons I contacted them to begin with. So they treated for the exterior and interior to include the bathroom and ONE area of the kitchen that I requested treatment since the ants were coming through that area before but none that I had seen at that time during that treatment. I was not outside during the exterior treatment so I do not know where the treatment was applied. A few days after the service, on a Thursday, I started seeing multiple ants in my kitchen inside my cabinets and on the counter tops. When I contacted them again for service specifically in the kitchen area that was NOT treated before, I was told I could not get service again for another week because it was illegal to treat in the same area twice and the tech did perform services. When I informed the rep (Julie) that the tech did not treat in the other areas where the I thought the ants were coming from, I was basically told no that I could not have service again until a week later. She made it seem like I was lying about the problem! Why in the world would I call a pest control company that I'm paying for a service if I didn't have an issue with pests?? If I say that I'm having ants in my kitchen, then take care of your customer! Another rep called me back and said they would schedule me for Monday. Bottom line, I did not wait an entire week or the weekend. I called another company. They came out the same day, I paid them for the work, and signed an agreement with them. The tech from that company told me how the ants were getting inside-3 small holes outside my kitchen window in which he treated. No problems since! So again, if I say to Accel, that I'm seeing ants, it is YOUR job as the professional to identify the source of the pests and treat accordingly and not make it seem like I'm wasting time by calling you again for service. I would not recommend them based on that experience.

Performed the work and did a great job.

They came out and gave a quote for a yearly termite control contract. I found the quote reasonable. The following Wed they came out and treated the crawl space, and also recommended needed services. Rather then try to push the needed service right away they said that i had time to do it at some point in the future

The young man came out because I had an ant problem. I was overwhelmed with ants. I asked him did I need to take my cat food out of the cabinets, he said no and that he is just going to put down some paste. He then said that he is going to spray upstairs a little bit and put some paste in the bathroom. He said that when we go downstairs that the bottom shelf of my pantry is going to be swarming with ants because the paste attracts them. It will not kill them right away, they will take it back to their nest and that's how they get rid of all of the ants. We were upstairs for a few minutes, when we came back down and opened up the cabinet, the bottom shelf of my pantry was swarming with ants. It was almost sickening. Ants are not dirty, they're helpful, but you don't want them in your house. When I saw the level of ants in there I almost got sick. The guy said to not spray them, let them eat all of that paste and take it back to their nest. He said maybe they are in the walls or underneath the house, but wherever they live at they will eat it and share it. I did not know that. He said it takes a day or two that I will see them diminish. It will be fewer and fewer. I have not seen an ant until this year. I saw one on my storm door. I called Accel and told them that I do not see them like last year, but I don't want to see them like that. I told them I want them to come and treat my house again this year. They came out and did the basic treatment. I'm going to get a contract with them so they come out every three months. You don't sign a contract, but every three months you pay them $89. You can pay it for the whole year if you want to, and they would come out every three months. He said it's not like a real contract you are bound to, you can stop it at anytime you want to. In 2-3 days I did not see any ants anywhere.

I got film of him. I saw one ant on the storm door. I didn't see them like I did before, so I called Accel for basic treatment. I'm going to get my contract with them so they will come out every three months. It's not like a contract you are bound to, you can stop it at anytime you want to. In two or three days, I didn't see any ants anywhere. I am going to make sure they come back and treat my house. I told them in June I am going to go ahead and pay for the service for them to come out every three months. They even went outside, like the perimeter of my house. If you see anything, they will come back a second time, but they won't come back anymore for that fee. I am going to get the service so they can come back every three months to make sure I don't have that problem again. My problem at my house are ants and spiders. They are awesome.

We use them every other month. We've got a contract with them. They treated for some ants in an area, and then they pre treat, sort of a preventative treatment. They keep pest from entering the home. They're pretty good. I think the charge is like $40 a visit. I like that they come in, they're quick, and they're out, and you don't see any activity from any ants, flies, spiders, anything like that. They're pretty good, if we're not there, for what ever reason, and they've been scheduled, they'll leave a note on the door with a phone number and with contact information to get back with them. There's no charge for them to come back out again, they're usually pretty good to work with. They're responsive. They're punctual, I've never had to sit around and wait. They are professional.

I only come in and see the results, my wife and daughter were around for those, and they didn't have any complaints with the guy. I notice that the activity was not there as far as the pests are concerned. To me everything was fine. There was nothing special about it as far as I know, I mean I didn't hear any complaints, so I assumed everything was good.

I have a quarterly contract with them. They do a good job. I haven't had any issues with them or any sort of pests or anything like that. As long as it's working, I'm not going to change it. I get the same technician each time too.

I have a contract with them for approx $250 per year to come out monthly. I have no complaints.

Inspection, new crawl space vents, & crawl space door replacement were performed. Still need a call back to schedule replacement of insulation and vapor barrier.

Everyone I've dealt with at Accel, from the salesman to the office staff to the "bug guy" that comes to the house has been great - very professional, knowledgeable and organized. In addition to treating for termites, they also treated for ants and other bugs and we have since been bug free!

I called Accel to have them look into my cockroach and moisture issues for my crawl space. I had Mr. David Sprouse come to my home to review my options for both issues. I was a little reluctant to move forward with the moisture issue remedy due to money but ultimately he educated me that treating the bugs was obviously necessary but without addressing the moisture i was inviting more issues with moisture and bugs to come back. I verified the information he gave me, and had Accel do the work. This has been the best outcome possible, i haven't had a single issue since the treatment. The technicians were extremely friendly and very respectful of my home. I highly recommend Mr. David Sprouse and Accel if you have any pest/crawl space issues.

It went really well. They came out within a couple of weeks and then they come out quarterly or when I call them for other pests. So they came out several times throughout the year. There was no additional cost. The price was pretty reasonable. They showed up on time.

Bought the $49 home pest control treatment. Great deal. Accel was timely and thorough. We plan to use them again.

The company ad offered to get rid of rodents with a $139 "Rodent Exclusion" offer, marked down from $239. I waited about a week or so and called the company to ask when they were coming. They scheduled about two weeks out, then showed up on time. Dave was the service guy and a younger fellow was with him. The young man said that his job was to block the entrances. We walked through the large two-story house quickly and I noticed that the guys were not paying much attention to looking seriously for rodent entry ways. I asked if they were planning to check the attic. Dave replied that a big house like this can have lots of entry points and that it is impossible to get them all. Rather, he said that their plan was to seal off any entrances from the outside so that rodents couldn't enter. I took them to the kitchen where I was certain one hole existed where the plumbing comes in and asked them to please block that one. The younger man had some kind of spray can and immediately filled a couple of holes under the sink. I asked if they would put out traps; so they put two traps in the kitchen. The walk-through and setting of the traps took about 5-10 minutes. I already had 10 similar traps throughout the house, in addition to two homemade traps I constructed to catch the rodents live. After the brief walk through, and a brief walk-around outside, Dave told me that they would need to seal off the entrance to the crawl space as well as an entry point under the heat pump. By the way, this would cost an additional $300, he said. Now my bill is $439. I'm not happy about this, but the rodents have to go. I asked for a discount on the crawlspace door, but Dave said "No. This is a custom-built door." I assumed I would get a nice door for this price, so I agreed. The two men left, saying that they would send someone out to build out the door. I asked if they would put poison in the crawl space and other areas, including the garage. Dave assured me they would, but I didn't understand his plan correctly at that time. The two men left. At this point, I'm down $439 and I still have the rat problem. I didn't hear from the company during the next two weeks so I gave them a call. The receptionist was polite and said they would come out the next day. When I arrived home from work, I was disappointed to find that my $300 custom crawl space door was essentially a rectangular piece of material with screws that will have to be removed in order to remove the panel and gain entrance to the crawl space. The hole at the bottom of the heat pump seemed to be well-sealed. I phoned the company to ask if they put out poison and complained that I had hoped to get a better crawl-space door for the $300. I wanted to know what they were going to do to get rid of the rats. The receptionist had Dave call me. Dave said that putting out poison or killing the rats is not part of this package deal. If I want that service, I need to sign up with their pest elimination program which will periodically come out and put out poison, etc., and remove the rodents, as well as treat for roaches and other pests. That service comes with an on-going fee. I asked him, "What about the rats that are still in my house? You haven't got rid of them. I've put out ten traps and I can't catch them." Dave said that since the entrance-ways are now sealed off, the rats will be hungry and eat the bait that I have. The rats cannot get out now. Last night my wife and I heard the rats moving around in the walls of the house and a big piece of sweet potato was eaten this morning. The girls in the house are scared. This afternoon I went next door to Ace Hardware and bought a large bag of rat poison, another bait trap with extra poison, and a special food to place on all existing 10+ traps to attract the rodents, which have been clever enough to avoid them the past two months. I put out 30 home-made bait traps using the rat poison, while wearing gloves. What a nightmare! I'm a bit of a pacifist and don't want to kill animals. But my live traps were not working and my family is panicking. If this is the kind of experience you want for getting rid of rodents, then this is your company. As for me, I would go with a different company if there is a next time.

Angie's list advertised a deal, took my money, and said "you'll be contacted shortly to schedule.." Now 30+ days later they contact me asking for a survey. Well, since your asking, I'm $139 in the hole, have zero faith in your business model or concern for your reputation, and still have a rodent problem because despite trying to call the company, I've NEVER been contacted, and am beginning to wonder whose got who's head stuck where. My advice to others?? Skip the shenanigans, grab a phone book, and delete Angie's list. I want my money back, period. I'm as serious as the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I don't care who's in cahoots with who but expect somebody to address this debacle.

Treatment occurred in a timely manner, but I never received an evaluation, only a report of services conducted. I contacted the company multiple times afterward and never received a response and so never received an evaluation of the property.
