John came out and did an inspection and sprayed for ants and set baits. He was incredibly thorough and professional, would definitely recommend and will be using again, we signed up for quarterly service. The office staff is also extremely courteous and responsive!

Accel went above and beyond my expectations. After living with another company for years, basically putting a band aid on my problem and not getting to the cause, I was so impressed with Accel from the first day! They went in my attic and under my house (which my other company never did), told me what my issues were and how they could fix them. So far, Accel beat my other company of more than 10 years in one month! I even agreed to sign up with them as my pest service and the same day, dumped my company of over ten years! They checked for rodents, American roaches, other bugs. Took pictures and video of my crawl space and identified problem areas under and around the house. The professionalism and attention to detail has been great.

All in all the service was good, very professional and on time. Unfortunately we had high humidity, and had a small ant issue after the treatment. Accel apologized and came back out to take care of the problem. Will use their service again.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I bought the $139 Rodent Exclusion Package.

They came and spayed my home for spiders. I did need them to come back because I was still having a residual problem.

Accel Pest Services came to my residence and did initial walk through around the house and addressed all my concerns with black ants, stink bugs, and spiders. After the walk through, John Reid, did an AWESOME job spraying around the house, sidewalks, inside the house, and garage thoroughly. He even went into the crawl space of my house and verified that the termite company we had work done 4 months ago when we bought the house, did what was stated on the contract. He even notified me that he told my son to stay out of the garage while he sprayed because he didn't want him breathing in the fumes. John and Accel Pest Services went above and beyond with customer service. After everything was finished, I was soo impressed with everything, I signed up for their quarterly pest treatments. Accel hires very professional technicians who are friendly and easy going. They discussed several pest control options and did not pressure me to purchase and allowed me the time to make a decision. They are always right on time and their follow up is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Purchased Angie's Deal for Rodent Infestation and Control after our air conditioning specialist noted mice droppings and tunneling through the insulation in the attic. We'd seen mouse signs in the garage, but had no idea we had them in the house. John Reid arrived on the date scheduled, within the time frame (11 - 1 pm) agreed upon. He also called when he was on his way, which was appreciated. He did a thorough inspection of the attic and grounds, and we discussed when features were added (gutter toppers, for instance) and how they could have possibly gotten in the attic. Though he did see some rodent signs, there was no "smoking gun" as to how they had gotten in or if it was an active problem. Since it was not a big enough problem, he recommended putting a trap in the attic and on the outside of the house near the woods and monitoring it for activity. John also stated that he knew we'd purchased the deal, but did not feel that we needed it. At my okay, he did discuss our pest controls needs and the services his company offered. Though we have had another national company for quarterly pest control since we purchased the house, the coverage offered by Accel was better, and quite honestly, I was impressed by John himself...both his knowledge and his sincerity. Though he offered to have the Angie's Deal refunded to us, if we didn't want to hire his company for quarterly pest control, he was also willing to apply it to pay for the initial treatment (normally $150). I agreed to the latter, and had no qualms cancelling my service with the other company. Within a day, Shannon (his secretary) called to scheduled the follow-up visit, which is what he is doing even as I type this review. I very much like having a local company with such fine customer service taking care of my house.

Our experience went so well with Tim from Accel Pest and Termite, we purchased a year pest control policy from Tim. I am a real estate agent and will definitely recommend Tim and Accel Pest and Terminate Control to my clients. Tim arrived on time, he looked for rats that we know were living within our crawl space, he educated us, had good conversation, our 9 year old invited him to do back flips on the trampoline with him but he said no because he was working. We think he just afraid to be taken down my the 9 year old... :-)) Our experience with Tim, Shannon and Accel exceeded our expectations. From the start, Accel was focused on great quality service. The day I purchased my special, I was able to get service call. AMAZING! I have a very unusual work schedule and this was perfect. From there, John & friend from Accel came out and searched throughout my house, attic, and crawlspace to asess the problem. From there, John showed me plenty of pictures that clearly made the cause for my problem and the cause for additional payment to complete the necessary work. As a single woman, I do not feel taken advantage of and I feel all Actions were CLEARLY discussed with me (as I know nothing of pest control or manual labor) and I feel work was efficiently done, as I have not seen any droppings since the work completion. Additional preventative measures and services were offered and I will definitely be using Accel.

Shon arrived on time and quickly went to work. He explained the complete process. Inspected attic for visible rodent incursion. Once it was determined there was one, he checked and sealed all possible entry points (even fixed my gutter). He set traps in attic and advised it will take about a week. Exactly 1 week later, he arrived (again, on time) and removed the traps along with our unwanted visitor. He also cleaned the area around our heating unit. Personable, professional from start to finish.

It turned out fine. They came quickly as I needed. They were easy to work with as far as day and time that they were coming out here. They were able to identify the problem and potential solutions that were within range of things.

They did a good job and we haven't seen any bugs since. They did find an ant colony in one of our soffits that I wasn't aware of. They got everything taken care of though.

Hired them originally to get rid of a rat. John Reid went way beyond the call of duty. Covered up possible entry points. Provided series of traps. Major job was the crawlspace. Always provides estimate. Always on time. Always courteous. Always goes beyond the basic to excellence. Accel's services were a major contributor to preparing our house for selling.

Everyone was very nice & professional. However, initial appointment did not identify or provide solution to problem. Accel's customer service was awesome, though. They quickly scheduled a follow-up appointment free of charge to make sure problem was identified and addressed. This time, they found the problem & provided solution that seems to be working so far. Both times they were in and out very quickly.

The technician came and performed inspection. He said he didn't find any active termites but there were lot of ants. His inspection was not accurate, as another termite company came and showed me evidence of active termites. I could see the live termites in a corner of garage. He sprayed outside for ants, which didn't seem enough, as I could see ants even after the treatment.

I felt the price was fine for what they did. Scheduling went well and there was one technician here doing the work. The service only took about 20 minutes to apply. I did not see any immidiate results in the pest control, but I did not have a real problem in the first place. The weather was changing and getting colder so it was hard to see the results.

I have to say these guys were quite knowledgeable, and they gave us some good information to think about. I was most impressed with the level of professionalism from start to finish. We ended up going with this company for a quarterly pest prevention treatment.
