Service went well. Provider was punctual and professional. Following service, did not notice any critters in the home for months.

Overall Patrick is a amazing guy to work with and I would definitely recommend Patrick.

My only issue would be - I was having problems with a squirrel in the attic. The deal I accepted was for rodent exclusion. When I explained the problem to the technician I was informed that this does not include squirrels. Squirrels are definitely classified as rodents, and it would have been helpful to me to know they don't deal with squirrels as this was the problem I called them for. Otherwise, the technician did what I considered to be a very comprehensive inspection and gave me a thorough de-briefing on the issues found. I was happy with this part of the deal. I just feel that "rodent exclusion" should be further classified/defined to explain what is actually included (or not included).

Service was very punctual and very affordable. i will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

No return issue of pests. They did provide pictures from the inspection, quantifying their findings. They also have a good web portal to handle billing and payment online.

It was perfect. No issues at all. They were flexible, thorough, and easy to work with. The price seemed fair, and they were able to work with our schedule. They contacted me for scheduling the day of purchase too. All the bugs are dead!

We were having some construction work done, and they found some termite, so I called my son, and he immediately gave me their number, and I called them. They came right out that day, looked at it, gave me a price which was well under what I thought it would be. They come out and do pest control, the last guy who came out was doing it halfheartedly. The guys who had come before were at it, while this guy was on his cell phone. He was on the phone the whole time he was working, and he missed places. We had spiders after that. We did not have pests for 3 months after the first guy came, while I had spiders the next day after he came. The first guy came out when we had a foot of snow here.

It was great. They were much better than I expected. He was outstanding. He was a few mintues early. He spent a lot of time with us. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We signed for a 3 month service. I was more than pleased. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend them.

Went well, polite and prompt. Came out once after that still had some ants. They came back again at no extra charge. Haven't seen them since.

I like the overall job. Only problem is that I paid "Angies List" with Amex on 5/28/14 but just rec's email from ACCEL that they are charging me a late fee because they did not rec payment. Excellent service and professionalism provided by Accel and the technician John. I bought the initial treatment through Angie's list for a great deal. John arrived during the allotted time and was very thorough checking the exterior and interior for any pests. He also cleaned all cobwebs, even those over two stories high. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even made sure to use safe extermination methods (granular) near specific flowering plants.

First the salesman, Alan, came to our house and we discussed what was needed under our crawlspace and in the attic.We explained that there was evidence of rat activity in the crawlspace and garage. We decided to sign a contract for both termite and pest control. (It was a bit pricey because we had to pay for termite retreatment, but worth it to us to make the switch.) Then John came to set traps for rats. He and another tech returned the following week to do the termite and pest control service as well as try to find where rats might have been entering the crawlspace. They found two probably entry locations and sealed them up. They set traps tin various locations and in our attic. They also vacuumed the attic and the garage where there were droppings. Today John returned to vacuum the crawlspace and to check traps in all locations. No rat activity was found. John is wonderful and Shannon, the office manager, is very professional and efficient. So far, Accel has provided excellent service and we have confidence in them. It appears that they hire quality people to work for them.

We originally purchased the company's big deal to do a home inspection and then spray for pests. The technician was on time and professional. He inspected the whole interior and exterior of the house, removed cobwebs/spiders from exterior windows and doorways, sprayed interior of home for pests. We have since had them come back to install new vent covers on our crawl space. And we have just hired them to do quarterly inspection/sprayings.

After talking to Shannon in the office, she told me that Alan would be coming by later in the day (early afternoon) to make an inspection and determine what was needed. I called Shannon at around 10 am and at 1:30 pm Alan was here and made a thorough inspection inside and out . He knew what needed to be done and gave me a full report at what he had found. I had heard some scratching in my attic and walls from time to time over a long period but nothing regularly and they only lasted about 15 sec each time. I had my gutters replaced a few days earlier and the found a large rotted out faccia board, which they replaced. Two years ago my next door neighbor had a roof rat problem and the repair to the damage cot him $2,500 to repair. Those two things told me I needed to check see if anything was happening. Two days after Alan was here they scheduled Patrick to come out to do the work around 2:30 pm. That morning Patrick called me to see if I could meet him at 10:30 am and rain was expected and he wanted to get me taken care of. It actually worked out better for me and he was very prompt. He set bait traps in the attic and a large one outside, as well as spraying for insects around the foundation of my house. He took the time to fully explain to me what he was doing and assured me that the traps were perfectly safe around my dog. He even opened the traps and put the baits so I could see how they work. Here and gone in about 1 hour. Over a two week period I found four dead rats around the outside of the house. I called Accel to let them know and they sent Alan and Patrick out the next day to make another inspection and check the traps. The trap in the attic was ok but the one on the outside of the house (set beside my AC unit) had no bait remaining in it. They put new baits in it. They told me to keep a look out for any more dead rats and to keep them advised. They said they would come by anytime to check them. Bottom line is I had a rat issue and didn?t know it. Accel has impeccable customer service from the office to the field technicians. They are both professional in appearance and very knowledgeable. They welcome questions and are more than happy to answer them. They told me that they would gladly come out anytime I felt they needed too, I only had to give them a call. They told me that they wantevery job to be done as if it were their home. I HIGHLY recommend Accel Pest Control.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. They did what we needed to have done. The technician did a good job and the service seemed to work. Scheduling was not an issue.

Both technicians were very thorough. They did offer to return to treat the rat problem for an additional $200. This included removal of all rodent feces, sealing the rodent entry points and placing an exterior rodent station. We decided to obtain a contract with them for any future problems. This does not include termite treatments.

I was taken back by the level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by both the technicians named john that came to my home on separate appointments. To begin my initial pest control treatment involved a thorough inspection of the home and under the crawl space for rodents and pests. the tech determined that the home needed a much bigger treatment than initially anticipated, and started with only a pump sprayer and some bait traps for spot treatment. He promised to return and treat with a trunk mounted treatment of a wide swath of the entire exterior of my home. a different tech came the next day as promised and performed the additional treatment, plus closed off an area around the A/C unit where rodents were entering. The entire time, I was waiting for them to up sell me additional treatments or try to extract additional money. NOT THE CASE!!! they went above and beyond what I expected in a pest control company, and I would use them again in a heart beat! If I had anything negative to say, it would be they indicated they would follow up with me after the treatments to see how it went. But don't get me wrong this was already more than expected and would not change my recommendation on this company. Thank you John and John for a great job and representing your company well.

The service was/is great! I originally purchased the initial deal on Angie's List for a one-time inspection and treatment and was so impressed that I opted to sign up for the year long deal instead. Professional, punctual, incredibly knowledgeable and the nicest people. I would highly recommend this company to anybody!! A++

Also we signed up for a maintenance plan for other insects as well. We had an ant problem and they came out right after to check and also refilled our mice traps. Great service!

These people are the best in the business. They are professional, thorough, efficient, & informative! They are very patient and accommodating! Their services are superior to the big brand name pest control and their prices are very competitive! As long as I live in this area I will never use another pest control company! They are knowledgeable about foundation issues and recommend money saving tips to protect your investment for a lifetime at no extra cost! They are always friendly and professional. They treated for both roaches and ants. They also found evidence of a rat and put out poison for that in several locations. They said they would return for free in the next quarter if further spraying was needed, and as the house has been empty so long, I don't doubt that would be needed. They were on time. They were professional. I was not surprised to hear we had a rat, and they relayed that news with great sensitivity. (I think I surprised them by laughing about it. At least it's not a skunk, pack rat, or raccoon in my book.) They gave me information about termite treatment, which was an upsell but appropriate. They also gave me an upsell presentation on increasing the insulation in our attic. Although a little annoying, they weren't terribly pushy so that didn't feel sleazy. Also their receptionist was excellent.
