Accel Pest & Termite Control offered professional, high-quality service and I would 100% recommend their business. They were quick to respond to my message, and they were willing to schedule same day service for the spider/insect problem in my house. Their expert, John, visited promptly during the window of time scheduled. He was very polite and was courteous enough to remove his shoes before walking on carpeted areas of my house. He also explained what he was going to do to the house before he got to work and took the time to answer my questions. This level of care and professionalism was noticed and definitely put me at ease about having substances sprayed in my home. He serviced the exterior of the house by sweeping all of the spider webs, spraying the siding, and laying granules on the lawn around the house. As for the interior, he listened to my concerns about spiders and other insects and asked about what areas were most affected. He did a full service of the interior, spraying his solution on the baseboards and in particular ?hot spot? areas for insects. When John was outside he detected a potential issue with the siding of my house lacking adequate drainage. He took the time to show me and even provide a solid recommendation for how I could handle it. This meant that he was attentive to my needs as a homeowner and it was greatly appreciated. After he left, I felt 100% confident that I went with Accel, and I was at ease knowing that my home was protected from pests. They definitely live up to their reputation and I will continue to use them in the future.

I usually wouldn't write a review for an estimate alone, but I was so happy that this company came out to my house within 15 minutes of my calling them to assess a wasp problem. It makes me optimistic that the work will also be high quality and timely. The work will have a 30 day guarantee, so I like that as well and am looking forward to no more wasps in my house!

I bought this service for my rental house. The tenants were very please with the professionalism and quality of work. They are pest free now.

John did a great job. He showed up on time. Explained service. Listened to my concerns. Conducted quality work. Made several recommendations on how I could prevent further pest issues. He pointed out a neighbors home he had treated in the past. When I inquired with my neighbor about his work, they recommended him. Later he emailed recommended future treatments and we discussed possible future work doing crawlspace encapsulation. I will use Accel again and I recommend them.

Talked to Accel about a terrible bed bug problem in one of our bedrooms. Technician came, sprayed and dusted and explain that we needed to remove everything from the room and bag it. The price had been quoted with a guarantee that the problem would be resolved regardless of the number of visits required. Technician returned in one week and sprayed again. One week later, there were a total of three employees including John, a co-owner. To make a long story short, it took 5 visits to correct the problem. We were told it was one of the most severe infestations they had seen and we were very lucky it was confined to just that one room. Bottom line is that Accel lived up to their guarantee and returned and returned until the problem was solved. Could not be happier with the professionalism of this company. I would recommend Accel to anyone for any kind of exterminating problem.

He was very courteous and professional. He worked very quickly and answered all my questions. At the end of my service, he showed me a service contract, and I signed up to get quarterly service with Accel. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will be calling them if we have any future pest problems.

I was extremely impressed with John and Accel Pest Control, he did an amazing job and was very thorough. John spent two hours making sure that our pest problem was resolved. Because our ant problem was bad when he came the first time, he explained that they made have made it through the walls and to let him know and they will come back out. In couple of days I found a trail of ants coming in the wall near my fire place and they came back out the same day and took care of the problem. Its now been several weeks and I haven't seen any more ants. Thanks to the very thorough explanation of prevention and maintenance I will be having Accel come out at least quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I would definitely use and recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control.

I signed up for a year contract, and it's been great so far. The tech who came out for the initial treatment was very professional and seemed to do a thorough job. We did have a small infestation that was missed the first time, but they sent someone right back out to treat again, and it's definitely working. Their customer service has been excellent, and it's great knowing they'll come out whenever we need them with no extra fees. Definitely a fantastic deal.

The service is fair, the techs all seem plesant to work with but they have not always informed me of when they are going to stop by. This has resuleted in them only treating the outside of my house but billing me of the entire house. In their defense they did come back out and treat the inside at my request.

Always prompt, always communicative, always professional, always go above and beyond what I perceive that I paid for. We are selling this house but I will continue to use Accel in the new house. Very impressed.

Called because of a special on Angie's List. An appt. was set up. John showed up right on time (perhaps a tad early even). Asked questions and explained in detail what he would do. He inspected around the house including the roof line and discovered two possible entry locations. Sealed those off and put a rat bait trap in the attic, another in the crawl space under the house and a third outside. Came back as promised a week later and found no evidence of a rat in the house but did find some bait taken from the one outside. Explained that, in the event of future activity to call right away and they would return for service. I found three dead mice behind the water heater but could not get to them because of the location. Called Accel. They sent someone to the house who discovered a nest and bodies. Said they looked like baby rats and probably died because the mother could no longer get in the house to care for them. Cleaned out the nest and disposed of the bodies. Everyone I have talked to at Accel has been pleasant and take the time to thoroughly answer questions. Because of their outstanding service, we decided to purchase their quarterly service plan. We now have peace of mind knowing that someone who really knows what they are doing is looking out for us.

So far I have been very pleased with their service. The service person has been very polite and thorough. They address my concerns and answer my questions. There was a major pest problem before we moved in last fall, and the company my landlord used just didn't do enough. I had Accel come out then, and every three months since. I have been very pleased with the difference. They have made suggestions for me on ways to keep bugs out of the home, but thus far my landlord has not been willing to do these things. I have made some of the updates myself.

John Reid, Accel Pest and Terminate Control, conducted a walk-around of the property and pointed out areas of potential infestation and steps we could take to avoid problems. After inspecting both the exterior and interior of the house, he proceeded to treat the exterior. I noticed he wiped down all of the lower windows and doors and dusted and sprayed several areas, including locations where the vinyl siding met the wood trim. He sprayed our garage, lower and upper floors, and our attic. After completing the job he reviewed with me what he had done and we talked briefly about control measures. I am quite satisfied with the quality of his work.

They came and did a great job. The people on the phone were very nice as well as the guys who reformed that service. I will use them again..

Very timely, professional and good. We have boring bees which require continued treatment, but a very good assessment provided.

John was great. He came out the very next business day and treated my home for pest. He was very professional and informative. John made sure to tell us tat if we had any problems to make sure and call them so that they can come out and retreat the home. I intend to continue to use their service. I contacted them again about some uninvited pest and they set up a return appointment right away.

Derrick Williams was the Technician. ACCEL, Give this guy a raise, because you have a new customer. His knowledge and thoroughness, politeness and courtesy to the Customer was vey impressive and just very service oriented and pleasing to the customer to gain his confidence that Derrick knows what he is doing. We're sold and will continue pest control and termite services in the future. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, these guys GOT IT UNDER CONTROL. No contracts either, so you can stop service at anytime if not pleased.

The technicians have all been good. They get the treatments done in about 30 minutes. They come out on their own schedule to complete the service and they let us know when they have done so.

This company is so professional, thorough and I will and am using them again for pest treatment and termite treatment.

They were great. I have a year contract with them. The contract included the work they did with the moisture barrier. They were very professional. I had to call and change the appointment and they told me what they needed to do so I didn't have to be here for the appointment. It was very good. The manager came and talked to us for a long time. He gave us an explanation on what was going on under the house. They have been out at least once since May.

That trued out fine. One employee came out. They did the interior and exterior. We have used them since the Big Deal. They did such a good job and my bugs are gone!
