This service was fabulous. James was very knowledgable and explained everything that he did very throughly. I could tell he really took his time and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them for any pest control services because of their professionalism, great customer service, and knowledge.

They are excellent. They are very courteous in coming back out for follow ups. We have not seen rodents since their visit. The technician was very thorough and inspected the inside and outside. I felt very comfortable after their visit.

Provider showed up on time after first calling to confirm, which is something I asked for ince this was being performed at a house I did not currently live in. The inspection was the external perimeter and interior to include the attic. They were through and worked to eliminate points of entry to include on the underside of trim and corner pieces of siding. I was ery pleased with their work and in fact signed up for their pest control services as well.

Seemed to have solved the problem, wanted to be advised if we had any additional problems he would return. Was very professional and knowledgeable.

They did a great job. They were trying to find where mice were coming into the house, and said they could cut back part of the tree for me so they couldn't scurry over into the house. He didn't do it the same day like he was supposed to, so I did have to call back again to have them do that. They were prompt, and their customer service girl was very nice.

I was visited by the Owner of the business who is very interested in having his customers on a personal basis believe in the products and services his company delivers. The people who came to do the work were very knowledgeable and proficient at their work. They went out of their way to discuss with me concerns about locality insect problems and how to recognize a potential infestation of various types of insects and pests. They put me at ease concerning my home condition and termite status. Very quality company with a real desire to be the standard and be seen as a cut above the Big Name competitors. Simply showing they care about the individual customer will go a long way to achieving a good name for themselves and Accel is excelling at that.

Rid mouse problem; however, mice were discovered a couple weeks after initial service. Came out again and sprayed for insects. No longer have mouse issue, but still have insect issues.

James Roycroft was the tech. He was extremely knowledgeable about ants and insects, and rodents. He took time to answer all my questions, explained every step he did and was very pleasant to talk to. We liked the service by James so much that we got a annual pest control program. He reminded me to call back in a couple of days for another ant treatment free of charge to make sure they cleared it up. Accel is lucky to have a fine technician like James he is a credit to the company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pest control company.

Due to David being so diligent, this was seen within our first year of being in a new home. We are still under warranty with our new home so our builder will cover this treatment. David gave us an elaborate description of what needed to be done so we our whole home treated. We are customers for life!! Thank you!!

It went very well. He discovered rat droppings under the house and recommended treatment. He showed me pictures of the droppings and a hole that was in the wall above the foundation where the rodents could get in. We agreed to have them come back and take care of the problem. The company has since taken care of the problem and we have hired them on for ongoing pest control.

It went very well. The number of ants that we have seen is significantly decreased.

John arrived for our first appointment promptly. He explained the work he would be doing, addressed any questions/concerns we had, and began work. The work done consisted of knocking down spider webs outside, inspecting for signs of pests, applying insecticide around perimeter of home and in garage. Once complete, he again addressed any questions/concerns, performed an interior inspection of our home (no pesticide application inside as we have parrots), and explained how their service worked. We asked about termite preventive maintenance and John provided information for us to consider. Overall, the first service was very good. We indicated that we were interested in a future visit for Termidor application and advised John of our availability. Within a week of the first service, we noticed significantly more ants inside our home and notified Accel (we thought the outdoor insecticide application caused them to move inside). They sent a technician out who found the source of the ants and applied a gel outside our home to eradicate the nest. No charge for that visit and most importantly, no more ants! When we later called to schedule the Termidor service, the office was not only aware that we would be calling, she also knew what service we were calling to schedule, our availability and preferred dates. The appointment was set for three weeks in the future (our preferred date as we were going to be out of town). A third technician arrived at the schedule date and time for the Termidor application. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and before he began, he asked about the ant problem to ensure it was resolved. He also knew about our parrots, and assured us they would not be affected by the work he would be doing. It was nice to know that the company knew us and our unique situation and concerns. The Termidor application was completed within the time allotted.
