Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of the house for spiders and ants. Removed cob webs as well.

Description of Work: He inspected the attic and crawlspace. He checked the roof and house for possible entry locations. He put up wire mesh in the crawlspace and air vents to block entry. He put out glue traps on the rafters in the attic where activity had been noticed. He made a follow up visit - no activity was found. We believe the rodent may have exited when the temps warmed outside and the wire mesh prevented re-entry. Time will tell. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Description of Work: we set up an appointment through angies and Accel showed up at the agreed time and before coming in the house they put on booties and presided to do a very though inspection and pest spraying , they pointed out several vulnerable areas in the house and showed us what to look for in the future .very professional and discrete in that it felt they were not even there during the spray down , highly recommended .

Description of Work: The tenants in my rental house reported a sound behind the walls. The company was offering a Rodent Exclusion package on Angie's List, which I purchased. I contacted Accel and they immediately scheduled an examination at the convenience of my tenants. The technician found evidence of an infestation, set traps and returned in three days. The company has been responsive, effective, and very professional. Activity can be tracked on their website, with a user name and password. I have continued to use Accel for quarterly follow-ups.

I've used other Pest companies in the past and this company's prices are very fair. Even though,they did not find evidence of termites, I decided to get a termite treatment as preventative maintenance and a quarterly treatment for insects. I ended my D-I-Y pest control control treatments. They have responded to my concerns in a timely manner. Their Office Manager always follow up with an email notification for appointments and for me that's great! No signs of pests and rodents. I'm pleased with the service and will continue as a customer.

Description of Work: I have not used the $55 deal because we discovered a bed bug problem. Accel was excellent in their service, retreating quickly and moving the re treatment up because the tenants were still being bitten. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
