Description of Work: Called and left message during stated business hours on Sat 4/5/14 but never received a call back to schedule appt to get estimate for move.

Description of Work: Called the company to try and schedule a pack/move date. I told him I needed to be out by June 1, 2013. The gentleman said he wished I had called sooner, because he was completely booked for the remainder of the month. He then told me to contact Angie's List to see if I could get a refund.

Description of Work: I was excited to see the offer and the excellent ratings on Angie's List. The gentleman called and was very nice but said it was an offer for the southside -- Williamsburg's an hour and a half from Virginia Beach. He wanted to honor the coupon, but it would have been a substantially more expensive job, and it just wasn't feasible for me. So sorry! Thanks so much.

Description of Work: I have used Absolute Moving several times over the past few years. I have made many moves in my lifetime and these folks are the best local movers that I have ever used....by far. They have moved my household belongings from house to house, taken things out of storage and put other items into storage. There were numerous antiques, a piano, and other large items and all were shrink wrapped and/or otherwise well padded, and handled with care. The workers were on time, courteous and gladly did anything asked of them. The two fellows (sorry, can't recall names right now) who own the company, are professional and exceptionally easy to work with. I am currently building a home and I will most definitely call Absolute again for my next move. I have no complaints regarding their services......I highly recommend their services. Also, due to multiple moves, selling houses, etc., these services were performed at ALL THREE ADDRESSES which are listed below.

Description of Work: Absolute Moving provided a great service given my strenuous work schedule. In addition to moving my goods, they disassembled and reassembled everything in which was a time saver. I would refer their services to anyone who doesn't haven't the time to do a big move from one place to another locally.

Description of Work: I used Absolute to load a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom studio apt on 17 Mar 2011. Being in the military i have movrd numerous times now and can day without a doubt that this was the best experience I have ever had. I only used them to load boxes into my own moving truck but I have zero doubt that if they were loading up and driving their own truck they would have been the best. In addition to moving extremely efficently and quickly (which was important when you are paying by the hour) they also truly cared enough to not only make sure my things were packed safely and securely but they knew that I was paying for my truck by the foot and they took the time to make sure they could minimize the amount of space it took up. I give these guys my highest possible personal recommendation. They could not have done a finer job.
