Description of Work: Took down 2 large trees, trimmed 3 others, cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: Contractor (Owner: Alan McClam) visited residence on 14 Oct 2012 to provide an estimate to have three limbs removed from a Sycamore tree, next to residence. Estimate provided results in a total fee of $ 150.00 to remove limbs, cut remnants, rake leaves from removal of limbs, haul away debris. Agreed upon to begin work at 1600, 15 Oct 2012. Impending storm was forecasted to arrive in the middle of the service; I contacted Contractor and agreed to arrived earlier the plan time (rescheduled for 1430, 15 Oct 2012). Contractor arrived PROMPTLY at 1430; began preps to remove limbs in an orderly fashion and in a safe manner. Contractor had one other individual, to which he was training (in which the "apprentice" did a MARVELOUS job. Contractor ensured that no damage would occur to residence and structure, so gentle care and concentration were all in play. All limbs removed and on the ground by 1630, 90 minutes in advance of the impending severe weather to arrive. Once all material and debris were on the ground, Contractor cut debris in small transportable pieces and made one trip to take debris to a location for future disposition. Contractor returned at 1900, and raked all leaves including fallen dry leaves from the area; placed leaves into three bags, placed on the curb and told me that he would return to pick up bags of leaves. I paid the Contractor (in CASH); Contractor duly signed his estimate, stating that he was in receipt of funds and "Scouts Honored" that he would return to pick up remnants of debris (bags of leaves), before 0700, 16 October 2012. Contractor finished clean up operation in the middle of a thunderstorm and heavy rain downpours. This "dude" is hardcore dedicated to his job and his profession !! AT last check at 2200, 15 October 2012, Contractor honored the agreement with me, and returned to pick up bags of leaves.
