The electrician did not show up on the appointed day. Completion of the job was delayed.

Great! They are a fine company. Very "home town" in feel.

1. Wrote contract with Wayne Bentz on 9/23/2015 for Termite and Fungus treatments. Work scheduled for 9/26/2015 2. Company re-scheduled work due to rain forecast. 3. Rescheduled for 10/3/2015. Company cancelled due to potential rain. It did not rain this day. 4. Rescheduled for 10/10/2015. Company cancelled again due to potential rain. It did not rain this day. 5. Work rescheduled once again for 10/13/2015 at 10:00 a.m. When scheduling was done with company, I stated that I must have a morning appointment and was told crew would arrive at 10:00 a.m. 6. 10/13/2015 at 11:30 a.m. when no one had arrived or even call to state any issues, I called the company. I spoke with the owner Stacey Durfee and told her that I wanted a return of my deposit of $605.80 since no one had shown up to perform the work on the stated day and time. I then received a call from Matt stating that someone had taken the chemicals off his truck and they were waiting for more chemicals to come in. I called Stacey again and said this situation was unacceptable that I had rearranged my schedule too many times and wanted a refund so that I could hire someone who would perform the work on time as promised. Stacey agreed to send me a refund check in the mail. 7. 10/19/2015 I called Stacey to inform her that I still had not received my refund. She informed me that she sends her bills out on the 15th of the month which was not previously mentioned. 8. 10/21/2015 I called Stacey again to let her know that I had not received my check to date. She said it was mailed out on Friday, Oct. 16th. 9. 10/22/2015 I called Stacey again and left a message to inform her still no refund check. I received a call back from one of her employees stating another check would be mailed out.

Great! No problems, no mosquitos.

Provider didn't respond until after I canceled the service. They did apologize and offered me a nice deal, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it.

They came back multiple times, even during off hours to help us deal with the mess and horror. Were very responsive to our calls to deal with the issue.

They were extremely polite and informative when I set up the initial appointment and were able to get someone out here very quickly to treat our house. The technician was on right on time and got the job done very quickly. I was happy with the service!

ABC sprayed my yard on two dates, approximately 30 days apart, this summer. It rained heavily after one of the treatments and when I contacted ABC they agreed to re-spray my yard at no cost. The treatments were effective and worth the price charged.

It went great. It goes great every single year. Have had them for many years.

They have done excellent work. I do not have a single complaint. They have always been courteous.

The service was fine and done through our Realtor. Nothing negative came up.

Their service seemed to go ok. We are still working with the initial technician to resolve the issue because it was not resolved by ABC Pest Management.

I had birds that were stuck in my kitchen vent. I called to ask for a quote. I was told it could be approx $250 or more depending on job. I thought that price was too steep. I found an another excellent company, Animal Crackers, that did the job for me for only $125.00.

They're very responsive and flexible. They had a little bit of scheduling conflict so I called them and they were able to send somebody out almost immediately. They're helpful and informative as far as what they're doing and what services they offer so it helps you understand what you're getting for your money

Went great. He was on time and did a great inspection.

They do outstanding work. If anyone was ever dissatisfied they would come back out right away. They are a great company.

ABC stands behind its product. I've had ABC under contract for 12 years but never had a termite issue until this month. Significant termite damage was found in a wall. ABC came out, determined the damage was termite related, got their contractors out to the house and had the damage repaired. The contractors returned my wall to a better than original condition-the wall contained a custom picture window that was custom framed and the framing was damaged. They not only pulled the entire window out-they built a custom frame that was better than the original framing. Termite damage happens in this area-ABC is a stand up company. Damage repair costs were handled by ABC-its the reason I have a warranty.

They were good to work with. They worked hard and did a good job, but they also encouraged me to do things that were not necessary.

They’ve always been good with providing good service! They do what they’re supposed to do.

I had moisture in my crawlspace, and they’ve been taking care of that moisture. They installed a dehumidifier underneath the home.

Everything’s been great! They’ve been courteous, on time, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, too.
