Abacus Racing

We have been going there for 15 years. My husband had a Jaguar and people would work on it and it is as if they don’t know how to work on it. We have three cars and all of them go to them. Those people know everything about your car and they are a professional. When they cocouldn'tind a part they will build a part and their pricing is competitive. They only service certain make and model of cars. We have infinity and they will service that along with the Jaguar. They do car repairs and stuff but the deal is they know you personally. They call you by your first name. It is if they are your neighbors. They are very responsive. Sometime when they take the car we get it back in 2-3 days. I think it is because they know we have more cars.

I sensed a problem with the transmission and Abacus took the car the next day. Parts were quickly ordered and the work was done when promised. I had to leave town or a week and Abacus stored the repaired car for me for no charge. The work and the bill were explained in detail and I felt as if I had been treated professionally and fairly.

They do professional racing. They are the company that keeps professional race cars and they specialize in British cars. They do some Mercedes and do some Italian sports. If one has a Bentley or something like that in the area, and has a really fine Italian sports car Ferrari, then that's where they need to go. They can do everything. They can build me a car if I wanted one. They have got all the equipment to do that. The dealer would have torn everything apart and charged million dollars, and they would have not gotten what was wrong with the car. They have a piece of the equipment and in fact, they are waiting on it. They wouldn't do anything on the car until they got the equipment. They pinpointed immediately and did it. I know when they do it then it is done right, but the dealer not so much. They do an awesome restoration.
