I am very happy with my new sunroom. It is just as I imagined. Robert worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted. The job was completed within a timely fashion (there was a slight delay due to weather). The crew was courteous and friendly.

one selling point was they were going to trim the windows for me but the trim they were gonna use was cheesy so I ended up trimming myself. make sure everything promised is specific in the contract

From the onset discussion with Thomas maddox, through completion by well staffed team, we're very satisified and already recommended AAPCO to several neighbors that stopped by. Schedules were kept, quality of work was excellent. Clean-up of old roofing materials was a concern I had prior to starting roof replacement as I have dogs in fenced yard ... was no reason to worry, clean-up was great! Friendly crew. Highly recommended.

AAPCO was pretty good. They are a good middle ground company. They are not to small that you have to worry about there reputation, but not to big that you are not just a number. Once started my roof and gutter guard system went up very fast. With good fit and finish. My only pet peeves is that sometimes people that you need to talk to were hard to get a hold of and the installers could have cleaned up a little better.

After the installation we had a major rain and the gutter covers worked as promised. The only problem we had were in the corners were two roofs came together so we told AAPCO about it and they sent their installer out to install a "dam" in the corners. Looks like this should work in the next major rain storm.

Not even going to comment about my experience, lets say it was not a pleasant one at all and I will not recommend this contractor to build another deck to anyone. The contractor was rude and unprofessional (yelling and using profanity)...his behavior was totally unacceptable. I am so glad its over it was the longest 3 months that I never want to deal with ever again. This project should have been done in 2 weeks but it took 3 months.

Lack of communication, lack of experienced personnel. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out. I was always texting and calling to find out what was next and when they said they'd show up they didn't. Mind you it was a 66sqft sunroom. No roof needed. Tried to get me to sign a document stating I was happy with their workmanship. I refused. It's not even completed. Almost 3 months. Still waiting on inspections which I kept asking for the date. They tell me I wasn't home so it failed. I had no schedule but I doubt the inspector comes at 6:30am to 7:30am when I was gone. I should have know we were going to have problems when the first set of blueprints were incorrect even though the requested specifications were in black and white. In fairness, I will say that we had heavy rain and 80-90mph gusts of wind hitting the sunroom and it held up beautifully so I can't complain about the quality too much.
