It was done in a very professional manner. Installers were courteous and did a terrific job. Office personnel were easy to deal with and responded to my concerns quickly.

Everybody else was overcharging us and saying it could take up to 2 weeks to order the windows etc. Nathan came out the same day I called and inspected and got measurements. He came back the following morning and completed the work and did an amazing job. He allowed us to be able to close on this home on time! Highly recommend their services!

They missed some time due to wet weather. They were most accommodating.

I was not home during installation - however, everything looks good - we will see during the next rain. I did have to have them come out a second time but it was not a problem. The only thing is there was a lull between the contract and the actual installation and I had to reach out as I was concerned the project had slipped through the cracks. But it all worked out.

quick installation both the time before beginning the project and the time to install roof. crew cleaned up thouroughly. good company follow up after roof finished. good value.

Replaces 33 windows and they did a fabulous job

Very good! They did knock the Direct TV sat. off and had to get another. They will have to fix holes in the roof where the satellite dish was.

Installation workers were meticulous and stayed to get the job done right. They did what they said they would do, and they did it well.

I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work.

storm damage required a new roof... they responded quickly, offered a reasonable price, warranty, a quality brand of shingles... and they genuinely seemed to want to do the job... they scheduled the work quickly and completed the job on the dates they promised... and they followed up quickly on a secondary wind-related issue... they cleaned up and removed the old roof debris as promised...

A good experience. We met Mike early in the process and he offered a competitive product and fair price. He was willing to meet with us again after we got another quote since he was still the best offer we had. The crews had some weather delays but we got a notification from their main office by the job scheduling lady. Cesar and his team did the install -- they were fast and the roof looks great. They came back in the morning to do some clean up and were gone before we got home at lunch time.

Expert and efficent work finished in 2-1/2 days, including cleaning up all debris and hauling away. The product is as I expected although I think it's a bit on the pricey side. I chose this group because Mike, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and out of 3 other estimates, this was the best. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others.

Customer service was a class act. They stayed in touch with me each step of they way. The job took longer than expected, a shed roof was not included on the installers paperwork. The 2 day job turned into 4 days, I was provided a cell number I could call thru the weekend if there were any issues. All debris was cleaned up when they were finished. Due to recent rain, ruts were made in the yard, I have been assured that the yard will be taken care of. I would recommend this company.

The door is beautiful, quite and seals nicely. The company did a really great job, especially with cleanup and they did the job in an adequate amount of time. The installers were really professional.

Great customer service!

AAPCO is a trusted name. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the quality of work done on our roof. We felt it was sort of rushed. They corrected most of the issues we had but tell us that time and heat will correct the concerns we have with the "flatness" of some of the shingles. As far as customer service, I have no complaints. They were easy to work with.

They are higher priced than most and the salesman (Willie Barnes) was not truthful about the workers being AAPCO employees. The roofers (subcontractors) were on time, worked hard and were polite. Problems started when AAPCO delayed the start date by 1 week. Jeff Wagner (Project Manager?) was difficult to work with - when discussing a new start date for the week of Thanksgiving I wanted some assurance that the work could be done in 3 days (weather permitting) but he just wouldn't commit. The job was completed on time but I felt like a hostage to being at the property without knowing for sure if the workers would be there. I received a call from Mr. Wagner after the work was completed - he wanted payment. When I told him I wasn't at the property and I asked for an invoice, he was rude and belligerent and I ended up hanging up on him. I spoke to Mike Brexler (VP) about the issues I encountered with Mr. Barnes and Mr. Wagner. He has been responsive. However, I will not use this company again.

No communication re our siding project. The only time we knew someone was coming was the 1st sales call. Otherwise workers showed up unexpectedly. Contract was signed 9/18, work was completed 11/23. In all that time, no calls to let us know status of project & our calls were ignored. No AAPCO supervisor or anyone who spoke English on site during work. This resulted in them having to replace gutters they were supposed to save & they did. We do live 2 hrs from Richmond but if they didn't want to take on the project, they shouldn't have. The house does look nice but only time will tell the quality of the work. VP called after initial review & will address communication issues with staff so other customers will not have same problems.
