Excellent service from the initial sales meeting to the final product. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of work.

The job they did looks great. they were a like hard on the plants around the house but that can be fix very essly.

The work was done quick and to my liking, but I wish at the end of the project the workers would go over everything that was done such as for my roof was there any damage to plywood and if so how much was replaced? I was charged for 2 pieces ahead of time just would be nice to know. Just prepare yourself this isn't a bargain price roofing company.

The person they initially sent to my house seemed nice but basically said whatever I wanted to hear to get me to sign paperwork, they made me pay for the project before it was complete, they made promises they never came through with, and the project took entirely too long.

Good job of matching previous work by another vender. Final product looks great.

They offered the most competitive price. There were a few issues during installation (one window too small & one cosmetic install issue). But I called Customer Service and they came out to remedy the issues within a few days. The customer service was excellent. I'm very pleased with the product (new windows) and the installation was good. Overall, not perfect but very pleased.

The window installers performed an excellent job. You could see by their performance they cared about the customer, I would recommend him and his helper.

They did excellent work, paid attention to details, and cleaned up the site quite well.

I would not recommend AAPCO. I was willing to pay their higher cost for a job to start on schedule and to be completed within 2 days. The job started 2 days after scheduled start date and took the 5 days to complete.

Installers were kind of in a hurry, but all mistakes were corrected by the supervisor!

Sub contractors. Sloppy work, had to return several times to make corrections. This job was supposed to take 2 weeks max, they finally finished after 5 weeks. Scheduling their subs was apparently difficult..The only person that knew what he was doing was Andrew, an employee, not a sub. This job was started January 14, 2014 and the last item item was installed March 1,2014. Before the job was complete, an employee and a sub was sent on 2 separate occasions with the completion papers, of course I refused. I still haven't signed a certificate of completion and they don't return my calls.

Everyone in the process was friendly,helpful, and informative, and the work itself was completed in a single day. The new roof looks great!

They had everything done in the time frame they said they have it done in and for the amount they said it would be.

Work force always ready to please Never started before nine a.m. Company's equipment being used at job site had some safety issues

Although the installer of my vinyl wood trim did an excellent job, they began work at my home without us being contacted to schedule the work. The salesperson or company rep never showed up to ensure customer satisfaction or address our complaint.

INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLYAND CLEANED UPAFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.I HAVE ALREADY NOTIICED A DIFFERENCE IN HOW MUCH WARMER THE HOUSEIS SINCE THE NEW WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED.
