A Top to Bottom Tree Service is a top notch operation. From getting an estimate to having work completed, Kevin and his team were great! His team were friendly and did a fantastic job all around. We had two giant trees removed and stumps were removed in a timely manner. After work was completed, the crew cleaned up everything. Had to have mailbox moved and gate leading to back yard removed to fit grinder in for stump. They put everything back and you couldn't tell they did these things. All in all, I recommend Kevin and his team for any tree removal.

I found this companies number through Angies List and reached out to them. The gentlemen that I talked to was professional and came out the next day to check on what needed to be completed. He was very knowledgeable and explained his opinion on what needed to be done and why. He gave me a price quote which was excellent compared to other companies in the area, and I told him that I would like to set up a date and time. He said ok, but he would have to call me back once he got back to the office because he was extremely busy and would have to verify the next available date (I had no problem with this). I waited 2 days before I reached out to him to ask about when I would be scheduled, again he said that he was away from the office and would get back to me. It has currently been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from the company or the gentlemen that I spoke with. No work was completed.

A large oak tree fell on our roof at about 4 am last night during a windstorm. It punctured all the way through the attic and a large limb went into my son's bedroom. I called the fire department and they said there didn't appear to be too much structural damage, but to find an arborist to bring a crane to remove the tree and tarp the four holes in the roof. I looked up tree services on Angie's list to find one that was "A" rated. I called A Top To Bottom Tree service at about 4:30 am. Surprisingly, Kevin Collins, the owner, answered the telephone and said someone would be out to my home within an hour. Sure enough, he was there within an hour, and within 2 hours the tree was removed from my roof. They also ground down the large stump, and called a roofing company to come out and tarp/waterproof the four holes in the roof. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them. I was absolutely amazed and blown away by the rapid response and quality service. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that they were so responsive during a stressful situation. They were also very reasonably priced

Kevin was very kind during the initial quote and his team was nice during the project's execution. He almost seemed too good to be true but assured me they were efficient and low cost because they had the right people and equipment. I paid 1000 to have a cluster tree removed, stump and roots ground, and some brush cleared. However, he insisted on doing the work after the snow in January and left huge track marks in my yard and huge mounds of mulch after grinding the stump. I didn't think it was too big of a deal because he said he would be back to finish asap. But during two months of me following up, he has stated multiple reasons for not coming back to get the mulch and roots in the yard (which were apparent after the snow melted) like weather, him being sick, and his team being sick. However, a quick view of the company's Facebook page shows that they have continued to do projects and he is on site, so apparently wrapping up this one's just not a priority. He finally sent one of his guys over last week and they still did not finish 100% of the roots or get the mulch. Also he didn't let me know they were coming, nor did they knock to let me know they were at my house. Their machine sprayed mud all over my car in the driveway that I just spent 75 dollars to clean. The last thing Kevin told me via text is that if I want the mulch picked up before the SUMMER, I might just need to have someone else do it. He never responded to the fact that there are so many roots left and his worker didn't let me know he was at my house/ sprayed my car. This past weekend, my mom and neighbor helped me work on the mulch pile, which was covering access to my house's water line. We uncovered TONS more large roots and I once again tried to get ahold of Kevin/ got no response. The last time I heard from him was the 19th. This whole experience has been awful for a single mom and first time home buyer trying to get her yard to a maintainable place. It's a head ache and not worth dealing with this company because the roots aren't finished and I have huge piles of dirt/ mulch in my yard. Kevin was so nice and helpful at first but wound up treating me like an annoyance just because I wanted what I paid for finished. Additionally, they are not smoke-free if that's a concern of yours. I saw them smoking but honestly didn't overly mind, until I found my yard littered with cigarette butts. I'm so disappointed and they were paid in full. Lesson learned: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. :(

He was johnny on the spot. He had a good price. He was reliable and friendly and he did a terrific job. It was difficult to get to. He had all of the equipment that he needed. It was a complicated job.

I had two pine trees that were about 100' tall and a smaller tree removed. They covered my lawn with plywood so that their crane wouldn't damage my lawn. They did a thorough clean-up of all the debris. I would hire them again.

Estimate was done on May 17th, was told that they were running 2 weeks out. Rain pushed back their schedule. Was a nice surprise that they called on the 31st and said they could get to us today. They showed up at 9:30 and were done by 4:30. Did everything they told me they were gonna do and then some. Great crew of (7) guys. Very professional, efficient and cleaned up all debris. Reasonable price $2475. Would hire them again in a heart beat. Would recommend them highly.

The estimate was done the next day after requesting it and although we thought the service would be completed in a couple weeks, we were surprised to come home to the tree and branches down the same day! The stump and trunk/logs were removed the following day. My only complaint is that compared to reviews of other companies, there was more debris left in the yard than I would have liked, but it was easy to clean up ourselves. The owner is as local as it gets and great to work with. He followed up with a phone call at the end of the day to make sure everything was done.

They were recommended to me by my neighbor. The price was excellent and they were professional and prompt. They were bonded and insured which I feel is important. It took them all day to take down the tree and they hauled everything away for me as well.
