Great service for a great price. I had to cancel our first appointment right before they were supposed to be at my house because I got stuck at work. Even though I messed up their schedule they were completely understanding and rescheduled the appointment with me with no issues.

once the chimney was clean and inspected from the inside, he got up onto the roof and inspected it returning with photos of any problem areas. A quote was emailed to me in a timely manner.

I hired Joseph for chimney maintenance and repair and he never completed the job, once they did return my call and scheduled to come out and did not, I have called them multiple times and no answer and I pd. them in full

They did not complete the job they were contracted to do. They failed to pull the permits legally required to do the work. Once they finally did they had to rebuild the chimney. They failed three vb city inspections and then abandoned the Job. I was left with a leaking roof and fireplace that was not up to code

We had to reschedule the first appt and they were late for the 2nd but once here they did a great job cleaning and inspecting the chimney. They provided pictures of my problem areas and had suggestions on what to fix and cost. Very courteous and professional
