Description of Work: I am not sure of the cost because it was paid for by insurance but we have nothing but good things to say about A-1, Mark and Carl, they do wonderful work and are both such nice men. They installed brand new cherry wood flooring on two levels of our home. They have worked together for many years and you can surely tell. They worked fast and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Even though this was and insurance claim, they regularly communicated with myself and my husband about the floor and their progress. They answered any and all questions we had and always pleasant, polite and professional. When the opportunity arises we will surely call them to do work for us and also recommend them to our friends. Top notch in our book!

+ -1 moreCurt and I discussed and agreed to the job on the phone. I provided the new tiles from the original lot. He came and completed the job with an expertly matched transition. Very professional. Very pleasant. He provided other valuable advice regarding projects I intend to do later. I will be calling him back then. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThey have done work for me before. They tore out about 1200 to 1500 square feet of old tile and put in new tile. Curt is amazing. He is so incredibly professional, pleasant and easy to get along with. He is extremely honest. His guys have been with him for a long time and have worked on my other house. They are just a lovely crew of people. I am not sure if he is still doing tile work. I think he is more of a general contractor now. I picked very high end materials. He gets so busy that sometimes we have to wait for our turn.
Description of Work: They completely gutted my kitchen and put in flooring and a back splash. They gutted two bathrooms and put in tile. They created a shower enclosure in both of them.

We were required to interact with many different companies from various trades during our renovation which gave us the opportunity to experience different levels of customer satisfaction. I'm happy to say that A-1 Tile provides excellent customer satisfaction.
Description of Work: Three bathrooms (2 full baths and a 1/2 bath) and a kitchen floor were tiled by this company during our renovation. One of the bathrooms required a roll in shower for our disabled son.

+ -1 moreThe installation process was not the usual disaster tales one tends to hear when doing a remodel. A-1 was very professional, friendly, efficient and always cleaned up after a day's work. They went out of their way to make sure we always had a path to other areas of the house while the tile, backsplash and grout was applied. Their pride in the work they were doing was evident every day. They were great!
Description of Work: A-1 was with us from the beginning of our kitchen remodel. They were very patient while we tried to select the type of flooring to use. They were very knowledgeable in the different types of hardwood and tile. We eventually went with the tile floors and it was a great choice. They removed the old floor and prepped for the new one. They laid the tile, backsplash and grout. They came back to clean and finish removing all evidence of grout.
