757 perfection painting

We weren't here at the house when he came to our house to do the work. We were in the process of moving and hired him to come and paint the interior of our home. He didn't do what he said he would do, half of the stuff he said he would do he didn't and the parts that he did paint is terrible. There is overspray on the windows and window sills. He didn't paint any of the closets in any of the rooms. There is a whole room that he didn't even paint. I bought paint for him to use and he didn't even use it. He left the paint uncapped so it is no longer any good. I now have to hire another painter to come in and fix the job. He won't return any phone calls or text messages from me. It is worse now than it was before. I had to pay extra for the flooring company to replace the corner round it was so bad. They didn't clean up after themselves, they left all their trash and brushes.
