Superior service while shopping for appliances for a new home. Visited the shop numerous times and worked with Alan who was very helpful listening to our ideas and making recommendations. They explained pros and cons of each of the several appliances we were looking at giving us all the information required to make our decision. We bought some items well ahead of when needed to take advantage of price and availability and they held until we needed delivered at no cost. They also had one of the largest showrooms we found in the area so you could see what you were buying and not just looking at a catalog or computer screen. For the price you get outstanding value.

Vinton Appliance had everything I needed and I am thrilled with their appliances and their service. I did a complete kitchen remodeling and the project designer recommended Vinton Appliance for an un-vented hood. I was so impressed with the professional and knowledgeable sales team at Vinton Appliance that I purchased all of the appliances I needed from them. The un-vented hood was a great idea. My previous cook top had a down draft that vented through two cabinets to access the adjacent exterior wall. I wanted to have full use of my cabinets but was not able to convert to an overhead vented hood due to the placement of support beams. The Brisas hood is elegant, with a modern unobtrusive appearance created by chrome shaft with a glass hood, and even though it is unvented, it provides ample draw through the recirculating filters. I was converting from electric to a gas cook top and purchased a Bosch gas cook top at Vinton Appliance that was a perfect match for the Brisas hood. It has been a joy to use, cleans up easily, and by not having a down draft, it has five instead of four burners. The GE Microwave was a replacement from an old one that and quot;diedand quot; as soon as it was reinstalled in my new kitchen. The sales team worked with me to make sure I received exactly what I had before but with the new GE Trim Kit. I had contact with all of the sales team at Vinton Appliance and, without exception, they demonstrated knowledge of their products, they carefully reviewed product specs (especially with regard to the hood) to make sure that everything would fit with my remodeling plans, and they followed up with phone calls to let me know the status and delivery date of each item. The appliances were installed by my remodeling contractor, with gas line installed by a plumber recommended by Vinton Appliance.
