TG came out quickly on the first visit. He was under the impression he could swap out the outlet when he arrived. Upon further inspection, he realized he didn't have the materials in his truck to do the job I needed done. That was fine with me as I don't know about electrical and gave him only small details. He rightly assessed the situation and rescheduled with me for another day. He also gave me an estimate for the work to be done and didn't charge me for coming out that day. I was trying to have the outlets fixed before my freezer arrived but TG had to reschedule due his truck having problems. He also rescheduled again due to backlog of work. When he finally came out, he and his associate got right to work and had the outlets changed out quickly and efficiently. The reschedules didn't disrupt my schedule too much and was understandable. My outlets were a tricky case because the outlets are in a workshop area in my home. The workshop floor is painted concrete so it is considered 'unfinished' thus all the outlets are GFI (plus there is a shop sink in there). TG took out 2 GFI outlets and made them non-GFI outlets so that I could plug in a freezer in that area. TG was professional and would most likely call this company again for electrical services.

Unfortunately, I can't rate their service, their pricing, or their quality of work because my phone message was never responded to. In comparison, the next company I called and left a message for, responded within 20 minutes of my original call and obviously will be getting my business becasuse of it!

called for service on a Wednesday and TG Electrical was able to work me in on Friday. Told me that the cost of an estimate/service was a min. of $84.00. He was running a little late and called to let me know. Wasn't a big job but he was prompt and professional, explained to me what the problem was and had it fixed in 20 min. Allowed me to use my coupon Very pleased with the service and the price and will call them back if I need additional services done in the future.

Mr. Gaylor did an exceptional job. He was punctual, honest, and explained everything in detail. He discussed my options with me, and was very knowledgeable about how to address each specific part of the job. Mr. Gaylor displayed an unwavering commitment to safety, and went above and beyond to make sure that the condition of the electrical service in my home (last serviced over 50 years ago by the previous owners) was up to date and totally secure. He answered all of my questions and was always prompt and polite. I just can't say enough about what an amazing job he did; if you are considering having electrical work done at your home or business, T G Electrical might be the only call you need to make.

He's doing a great job. He was $2,000 less than another estimate I had from another company. I called him for an estimate and he sent it overnight and came a week later to start the work.

Not hiring - pricing excessive.

The work was actually performed for my mother at her home. She needed an electrician and had no idea who to call. I checked Angie's List and this company came very well recommended with several positive reports. I gave the name and number of the company to my mother on 6/7/11. On 6/8/11, she called them to obtain an appt. for an estimate and much to our surprise, they were able to come out that very afternoon to give her an estimate. That afternoon, the individual called ahead of time to say a job had ended sooner than expected and that he could come sooner than the pre-arranged appt. time if that would suit my mother. It did and given he came early - he was able to go ahead and perform much of the work she needed done. There was only one item that he was not able to do (install a new programmable thermostat) as he said the company did not do that particular task. All in all a very positive experience. The individual was very professional and had all of the necessary tools and equipment with him to perform the repairs she needed that very day. My mother was impressed with the gentleman as he took it upon himself to wash his hands and dry them after working outside on the lights before working on the light over the kitchen sink so as to not leave any dirty fingerprints on the fixture. My mother was very pleased with the work and felt the price was appropriate given the person was a certified electrician. She had previously attempted to have these same repairs "fixed" by someone else who obviously didn't know what they were doing. The person who tried to fix them was not a licensed electrician, only a "handyman" and I did not want her going that route again. Thus I suggested Angie's List as a way to find a recommended company to use. My mother stated she will definitely be using them again for any electrical needs and will recommend them to friends who need service as well. In fact, they will be returning in the future to install the post light once she has purchased one.

They were very polite and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the floors in every room when they were finished and everything works great. I would definitely use them again!

Arrived the date promised, noticed that my Federal Pacific breaker box had been recalled and I checked the internet and it had indeed caused some fires. He didn't seem daunted by any of the work I asked for and had all the tools to do the job. Very professional and intelligent in his field. The 10% coupon was great.

They were very to the point and they didn't beat around the bush. They didn't take too long. I had 2 estimates done actually, the first one took like half an hour telling me all the possibilities and stuff like that. This one basically said okay yeah we can do it, here's the price. The first estimate I had done was like 950 dollars, so when I saw this one I said to do it. Then he had it done in less than 2 hours. They answered when I called.

Price was dramatically lower then competitors, only vendor that quoted me an exact cost rather than a range. Work was done on schedule. Very Happy.

He came out on time for the appointment. He was able to repair everything and come in under the original estimate. The entire service went very smoothly. I would call him back in the future.

Contacted company after reading reviews in Angies' List. Came out to inspect and produce estimate. work was performed on schedule; estimate exact; extremely professional; could not ask for a better experience. In reference to a previous review, no one should expect a company to make multiple visits to a job site without incurring a charge for a service visit. Especially when the work was ready to be performed the first visit. One phone call or a search on the internet could have verified the integrity of the pricing for a simple job. It is unbeliveable what some people expect!

I had four estimates for the work. TG Electrical was the only company that actually was willing to do what I wanted. Everyone else claimed that the city code required all sorts of additional upgrades that in fact were not necessary or required. TG Electrical was the only company that would do exactly what I wanted done without pushing additional products. The quality of the work performed is great and when the new unit was inspected the inspector commented that it was well done. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed by TG Electrical services and I will be using their services again.

The electrician was willing to do the work on the spot (it was apparently a very small job) but I didn't feel confident in making a spur of the moment decision. When I received an official estimate two days later, the price had gone up $75 to come back out and do the work. Needless to say, we did not have him come back out. I was very disappointed because the company had gotten great reviews on Angie's list.

Every project was completed on time and on budget agreed. This contractor is not 'cheap', but he is licensed, insured and worth every penny if you want the job done correctly. A true professional !
