Description of Work: Their work has been satisfactory, but when he was given some information he didn't like, he developed an attitude. He quickly "finished" his job here, leaving us concerned that some parts of his responsibility here may not have been completed.

Description of Work: It took several e-mails and multiple phone calls to get an appointment and have my questions answered. The electrician fixed one light switch during the appointment and said he would send me an estimate for all of the other work I mentioned. He did send the estimate, unitemized. I could not afford it so I asked him to itemize it so that I could figure out just what I could afford. Instead he asked me to call him. I wanted a written, itemized quote. That seemed reasonable. Reaching this fellow by phone was very difficult when I tried to make an initial appointment and I had no enthusiasm for going through that process again. I gave up.

Description of Work: I have used TG Electric twice, on both occasions I have been very satisfied with both the price and quality of the work. The first job was upping the size of my electric box and service which involved some major rewiring. It was done when promised and finished in a timely manor I had no problems from the inspector. The second job was a series of small jobs that had to be done again they were done quickly and when promised. I felt that both jobs were done for a fair price and am quite happy with them. I would hire them again for any projects that might come up. |

Description of Work: After I enlarged my bathroom, Travis reset my electrical fixtures and installed a bathroom exhaust fan. This included going up into my attic (yuck) to install a "can" light in my new shower. Since purchasing this house two years ago, I've contacted T.G. many times. They've also done work in my kitchen and my living room. As I finish renovating my home, I expect to contact them again.

Description of Work: Installed interlock switch in existing breaker box and outside plug for portable generator connection.

Description of Work: I had a rather complicated stacked dual electrical switch (both switches three-way) with spagetti wires. I had attrempted to replace the unit myself but finally gave up in frustration. When I called, the person that answered was courteous and knowledgeable. I was scheduled right away and the two men arrived right on time. They were professional and very easy to talk to. Because replacement units do not exactly match the original, it took several tries to get everything to work properly. Even so, I never doubted their expertise. The overall cost was a bit more than I expected but I have always believed that you get what you pay for. All in all, this was a very pleasant and satisfying experience and I would recommend T.G. Electrical Services without reservation.

Description of Work: I DID NOT AWARD HIM THE WORK. I ELECTED NOT TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK. HE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.

Description of Work: He provided me with a quote to upgrade my electrical from a 100A to a 200A. He seemed very thorough and very professional and was able to give me everything I asked for, as far as paperwork, however, he was just significantly more expensive than another quote I got, so that was my deciding factor. The other guy did a pretty good job, everthing works, but I have a feeling TG would have provided a little better quality service. I would recommend them to others, based on just the experience from the price estimate.
