+ -1 moreDid not call as promised and did not keep appointment when scheduled. They called a 5 PM and were at least an hour away from my house. I suggested that they could come the next day and was told they would be here about 1PM. I called at 2 PM and they said they were still coming. At about 3:30 theay called and suggested I call someone else since they were too busy.
Description of Work: Nothing.

+ -1 moreWE WERE TRYING TO SET UP TO USE THEIR SERVICE TO CLEAN UP OUR SYSTEM AND NO BODY EVER BOTHERS TO CONTACT US AGAIN. THEY GUY CAME AND LOOKED AT IT AFTER WE CALLED THREE TIMES.HE SAID THE SERVICE AGREEMENT WILL BE MAILED TO US SOON AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

+ -1 more23 year old heat pump finally failed. Repaired unit to provide temp. air, ordered new heat pump. Found water heater defective, replaced same day. Returned as scheduled to replace heat pump/air. Very prompt, professional, friendly service.
