+ -1 moreHe came out to give me an estimate on the roof and a few other projects and according to my tenant, he didn't spend much time looking at everything but gave me an estimate which was much higher than I wanted to spend for the work to be done. I have hired someone else to do the jobs.

+ -1 moreMANY ROOFERS WERE BUSY AND EITHER SAID THEY WERE COMING & NEVER SHOWED UP, OR SAID THEY WOULD COME IN TWO WEEKS. MR. GARLAND'S SON CAME WHEN HE SAID, GAVE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE, AND THEN DID TE REPAIR WORK THE NEXT DAY, AT THE EXACT PRICE HE QUOTED. HE ALSO TOLD US THAT THE ROOF WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE & WOULD NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED FOR A LONG TIME, NICE TO GET HONESTY AND GOOD SERVICE!
Description of Work: CHIMNEY FLASHING NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND SOME ROOF TILES REPLACED. RAIN LEAKED ONTO CEILING AS A RESULT OF FLASHING PROBLEM

Description of Work: Removed two layers of old shingles, replaced water damaged plywood as needed, installed high quality Owens Corning 30 yr. AR roofing, new drip edge, and flashing, and excellent cleanup after each day and on completion.
