 + -1 moreI needed to send flowers to a friend's Mom's funeral. I am from out of town and looked up best rated florists in the Roanoke/Vinton area on Angie's list. I paid the initiation fee and then realized I had to pay an additional $10 because this was outside of my own service area. Creative Occasion's Flowers and Gifts came up with a very good rating and it was closeby to the funeral home. I called and they responded professionally and quickly. After driving to Roanoke for the funeral I was shown which of the flowers was mine and was truely embarrassed. There were 2 small plants in a wicker basket for $90.00 I realize there was a delivery fee and taxes but this was not the quality or the size that I expected. I will not recommend or use this florist again. I actuallty apologized to my friend for the what was delivered and I had to tell another friend who shared the cost of the flowers that this is what was sent. Kelley Hiller
