On time and less than budget.

We called them on a Monday at 9:30am, explained our problem and that we had no water. They rearranged appointments with people that had water and were at our house within the hour. They explained every step to us, showed us the damaged and broken parts. Worked until 5:30pm to make sure we had water. They did an excellent job. Would call them again if we have problems

Mr. Catron and Joey performed flawlessly. Gave a lot of good advice in maintaining my system. I would definitely use them again.

I had another contractor repair the damaged casing on the well. They simply cut the casing down to ground level and charged me $225! I called Larry and informed him of the problem. He came out to the house at the time expected and quickly repaired the casing. It was easy to see that Larry was the best in his profession. I inquired about my well's capacity and reliability of the pump. He ran a series of tests which allowed him to answer all of my questions. He made his explanations easy to understand. His professionalism is second to none. My only regret is that I hadn't conntacted him sooner. He's "A+".

My problem was fixed. I had never had dealings with Catrons before this. I will definetly call them for all my plumbing needs.

Mr.Catron and his co-worker responed to our call on a Saturday morning. We had determined that our ancient well pump had finally died. They showed up when they said they would and immediatly went to work. We offerd Mr.Catron a challenge in that our well is at least 40 years old and had never been serviced. There was no above ground well head so he had to find and then dig up enough ground around it to do the work. It was a long process but throughout , he kept us informed and explained everything he was doing. We felt like he was very professional and meticulous. Mr.Catron obviously knows his product and procedure very well. We are thrilled with our new above ground well head, our new pump and increased water pressure. He and his co-woker were polite, professional and fun guys to talk to.

I would definitely use his services again.

It worked perfect. Mr. Catron Fracked our Well. We went from not having water at times to having not to worry about when to wash clothes and taking showers in the same day. To doing what ever we wanted to. Thanks again Mr Catron B. Poage

Larry called me back within 20 minutes from my initial call and we scheduled a morning appointment for the next day. He was on time and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. This company is VERY good at what they do and taught me a lot about my well system. They will now be my "go-to" company for any well issues. I just wish I would have called them first when the pressure tank went out.

We called them because we thought the pump was not functioning in a newly purchased investment property. They checked well and found pump equipment to be in good condition, just not switched on. They replaced the inline filter, and well cap. Service was quick and professional and they did not take advantage of our lack of knowledge about the system.
