Appointment scheduled for 8:30am. Hadn't heard from contractor by 8:45am so I called him (John Barnett) and had to leave a voicemail. He returned my call around 8:50am and said "I'm running late. I said between 8:30 and 9am". That wasn't true, we had and 8:30am appointment and I was taking time off from work for this appointment. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I declined. If a contractor can't be punctual when they are trying to win your business then there is no hope for punctuality and professionalism after they start a job. He could have contacted me by 8:30am to let me know that he was running late and there wouldn't have been any issue.

Everything went well.

It went great. The crew was awesome. I did not have to do any prep work where as the other companies told me to hire a plumber to move my hot and cold water tanks as well as my filtering system. Mr John Barret (the owner)did it all! One of the other companies also said I would need a carpenter to move a couple of steps but Mr Barret did it himself. They moved everything to the center of the floor and wrapped it in plastic and also put up plastic shields to keep any dust from going to other parts of the house. They had to dig a ditch across part of my yard for a drain and they were extremely neat about it putting everything back including my flowers. They did a great job of cleaning up and I couldn't have been more pleased. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than the competition. I called 4 companies . One didn't call back, one was more than double Bone Dry's price and the last was 2K higher than Mr. Barret and from what I could tell they were all using the same product and their methods were pretty close to the same. Haven't had much rain since but I feel sure my basement is waterproof! We will see!

The company listed to our needs, examined the basement thoroughly, described options, and provided a detailed proposal and estimate. When we engaged them they arrived promptly, worked full days, and took care to limit dust leakage to the rest of the house. They cleaned up each evening and worked steadily until the job was completed. They always communicated to us clearly about the progress of the job and were unfailingly polite and professional. The cost was very accurate to the estimate. We are completely satisfied and would hire them again. Highly recommended.

We were very anxious about the floor. It took a lot of preparation of the floor as they used some new products. They communicated well with us. They did exactly what we asked. They did meticulous work especially on the preparation. They hired a tile guy to put down some tile. They fixed up a couple of windows and also hung a door. They put in a new stud wall and did some painting too. It was really a full service contractor job but they do specialize in basement renovation. They put in a new drain to take care of some leakage under a door. They were very versatile and courteous. They were good communicators. It was good to have them around the house. They did everything we asked them to. They just finished half a week ago. Their price was very competitive. We talked to three different people and they were the best priced. They stayed with the punctuality. They came late in the day sometimes, early afternoon at times because I guess they had a couple of jobs going. Overall they finished on schedule.

John Barrett is the person we dealt with. The work went well. It was fast and they did it quickly as well. They were good, prompt and cleaned up well. I was surprised with the way they cleaned up because they cleaned up some of the stuff I had there. I am planning on using their services again very shortly.
