Never thought I would come out of a disaster happy.... but I did. We had a pipe leaking behind our bathroom and noticed water coming out from under our tub. I was referred to Water Damage DMV by a friend and called them out, Ari came the same day. He explained to me how instead of removing the tub from the get-go he would open up drywall behind my tub, from my closet to be able to see where the water was coming in from. He had our walls tested for Lead and asbestos, which I was very glad they did. The same day the test results came back negative they started the demolition process. They found the source of the leak along with allot of nasty mold. At that point they had to remove the tub and tiles to properly clean all of the mold. (I was kind of happy because my bathroom was in desperate need of Renovation.) They did testing after the mold was cleaned and we were clear. Then they started Re-building my bathroom. It looks beautiful. They installed new tiles, rain shower head, Mosaic tiles, new vanity, the works. Ari helped me design my new bathroom and their crew worked great. The thing I appreciated the most was there cleanliness, Water Damage DMV always cleaned up after themselves and the whole crew was very professional.

Water Damage DMV is a lifesaver! We had a major flood because of a burst pipe. Amir from Water Damage DMV came quickly to our rescue. They spread large rubberized mats all over the affected areas and used big vacuum-like machines to suck up the water and dry out the flooring. The whole process was fascinating. The professionals that undertook the task were friendly and knowledgeable. Over the course of a month, they became almost like family. We never knew that such services were available or that such machinery existed. Water Damage DMV made the best of a horrible situation.

They are one of the most professional companies that have ever done business in my home. I had several estimates and I was not comfortable with any of the other companies. The other companies could not answer my questions and seemed more interested in scaring me and then giving me a big price tag to do the clean up. They are an A+ organization from the first contact to the last. Can't say enough good stuff about them!

After reading reviews for several companies and meeting and receiving an estimate from one other, I decided to work with Water Damage DMV after Fred’s site visit for the estimate. The visit lasted much longer than my meeting with the other company--consisting of a thorough walk through and discussion of what work would be done, how long it would take, and other potential problem areas--and more importantly I really felt like I could trust Fred, which meant a lot as I didn't have much knowledge about mold or the state of the house as I had just moved in. The whole process lasted four days once it started, which consisted of Fred and a partner isolating the area, killing and removing the mold, cleaning the surfaces, and fumigation, and several passes of vacuuming and carpet cleaning throughout the entire house, based on his recommendations and those created for us by our mold inspector. Fred and his partner worked during the mornings and left several air scrubbers placed in the work area and on the main floor running 24/7 to trap any mold particles that may have gone airborne during the cleaning process. We had a post-mold remediation test performed, which was optional, and Fred stayed and left his equipment intact for that as well so they're ready to correct the problem if any showed up (which none did and the test results were great). I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work and professionalism.

Water Damage DMV is a company that provides their clients with great customer service. I have referred this company on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. Our water heater leaked an inch of water in our dining room hallway. I called Water Damage DMV and told them my issue. They had someone out in less that an hour from when I called! Amir came in and assessed the damage. He was very honest with replacement options and price estimates. Our carpet is very old and frankly not worth fixing as we originally planned on replacing it...just not this soon. He was professional, knowledgeable and very understanding. I hope I don't need to call them again, but absolutely would if more water damage occurs. It's refreshing to see a company with such an honest, efficient and knowledgeable approach!
