We bought the lawnmower from Vienna Lawnmower, and have been using them for service for a number of years. They have always been first-rate, and this time was no exception.

Professional work at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

I called Jeff about the engine on my mower not working after a loud sound. Knew that the rod was broken and his shop picked up the mower from my house which is about 3 miles away. Jeff called me when he had the engine torn apart and told me to drop by the shop and check it out. Liked that as I knew exactly what happened. He gave me advice on replacement engine, sourced one out and fixed the mower. I like the fact that he showed me the broken engine instead of just replacing it to make money. I have purchased numerous Stihl equipment from this store for home use and they have kind, polite and have serviced some of those items. Hard to find small engine repair shops that won't rip you off.

Dropped off my lawn mower on 14 Feb 12 for summer service/inspection. The individual at the store said that would be done with the work by the end of the month. I had to leave a $40 dollar estimate fee (that is credited towards your final bill at the end), and told that if the inspection turned up something wrong, that they would call me if they estimated the repairs would go over $125.00. On 28 Feb 12, I got a call from the office letting me know that during the inspection they had found that both the transmission drive tires needed to be replaced. That the plastic gears inside the tires were stripped and would not pull the mower if used in the self-propelled mode. They told me that the cost would be $158.50 for service and repairs. I told them to go ahead and make the necessary repairs. I got a call on 2 Mar 12 letting me know that my lawn mower was ready for pick-up. I picked up the lawn mower on 5 Mar 12 and presented them with an Angie's list $5.00 coupon that they deducted off the bill. Very satisfied with the whole experience. The individual at the shop assisted me both when I dropped/picked-up the mower. However, with winter stretching itself into March, I'll have to wait a few more weeks to see how the mower cuts now with the service/repairs.

The estimate fee was $40 and they would call if the cost to repair would be more than $125. I was told I would have the estimate "in seven days". After I left and looked at the receipt, I realized that the "seven days" did not count the day of the morning I dropped it off or any non-business days. So on the aternoon of the 10th calendar day, I got the call that the crankshaft was bent and the repair cost quoted was almost exactly the same cost as a new lawn mower of that same model, not including tax. I told them not to do the repair and that I would pick it up. I guess my expectations were a little too high, based on the reviews I had read on Angies. I picked up the mower and discovered that the $40 did not include putting it completely back together again. The covers were not re-attached and the spark plug and extra parts were in a bag attached to the handle.

Prompt service. I didn't recognize my mower, they had cleaned it so well!

I wouldn't hesistate to take any small engine repair to this business.

Excellent--the service was done quickly and at less cost than I had expected.

I took it to them the afternoon before the snow hit. I went in with no expectations. I could not get it to start. What I had done was I had put in too much oil in the gas-oil mix. I left it with them. They could not promise me anything because they had over 30 machines that had come in that day. I understood that. I got a call the very next morning stating that it was ready. When they called me, they only had 2 units out of the 30 some units that they had previously. The guys had worked all night and gotten all the units working. I cannot tell you how amazing that was. I have used them before. Their prices are good. Their quality is superb. They are very competent. They have high quality, reasonable prices, and dedication towards customer service. I will use them again in the future.

They fixed the motor on a chipper vac. After they fixed the motor, there were still some internal problems. The blades were bent and broken after 10 years of use. I wish they would have told me that fixing the motor wasn't worth the cost. Their attitude and service was fine, but I wish they would have given me a little better advice, and just told me to get a brand new unit.

I've been taking my lawn mower here for annual service for the past few years. It's not an expensive mower but I believe the service they provide has greatly extended its useful life.

We had a really good experience with them. My husband took the lawnmower in and he was satisfied.

Vienna Lawnmower sends reel mowers out for this service. They said it would take a week, and a week later the mower was back, and sharper than when it was new.

I got a new lawn mower last year after our old one hit the dust, so I decided to take good care of it by having it professionally maintained-instead of half-way doing it myself. The shop personnel were very friendly and they did a really good job in a quick turn around time (1 day). My only complaint was that I felt the price was a bit steep for normal maintenance (it's more than I pay for an oil change on my car), though they did tell me how much it was up front, so I wasn't surprised when I picked it up.

This is a great friendly little shop, a good place to buy a lawn mower or other power yard tool, or to get one repaired. Excellent customer service. They did a nice job of helping me decide whether to repair or replace this old mower without being pushy at all. They were very informative without being "salesman-y" while showing me new mowers I might be interested in buying. The lawn mower they repaired is still going strong two seasons later.
