Vienna Floors installed the flooring and backsplash for our large remodeling project. Danny effectively coordinated with both our general contractor and us on all the project details. His talented craftsmen did a wonderful job with the kitchen and family room hardwood flooring (including feathering into the existing dining room floor), the laundry room tile floor, and the kitchen backsplash and niche. They also seamlessly fixed some areas that we accidentally damaged. Very highly recommended!

Oscar Aragon was an excellent source of information on product selection and was responsive to all inquiries and was reasonably priced. His crews were excellent, on time and nice people. Worked with me so I supplied some of the materials - all the tile and thin set and grout.

Fantastic job! The workmen were punctual, friendly and very responsive. My floor looks better than when it was initially installed. I would use this company again!

I have used this company on multiple occasions over several years. They Have installed carpeting, wood floors, ceramic flooring, remodeled 2 bathrooms and I know I am leaving something out. The now owner, Oscar Arragon, stopped by every day to check the crew's progress and inspect the work. Carpet delivery always seemed to be within about a week (bought on several occasions and at different locations). The work site was cleaned up by the end of every day. I received accurate estimates, and all work was performed as set forth in contracts/job orders. I think one of the primary reasons things went so smoothly was that there was good, timely communications between the company and its staff, and between the company and me. I would not hesistate to recommend Vienna Floors to my own family, which was done (carpeting and wood flooring) with great results.

The project was completed with satisfactory results. All small issues were addressed quickly and professionally.

Very poor responsiveness and attention to detail. Repeatedly gave & provided them with my cell phone number yet they always left messages on our home phone which we wouldn't get until after we were home from work. This created a lot of unnecessary back and forth. They would also call with as little as an hour's notice to inform us the crew was coming. They took much longer than they said they would. They installed the wrong carpet on one part of our stairs and installed carpet over our beautiful hardwood stairs where we never requested it. It took repeated calls to get them to get the right carpet and take out the improperly installed carpet. They tried to patch some of the damage created from the carpet nails and tacks in the hardwood stairs but they really need to be refinished. They did offer to refinish them but after going back and forth for 3 weeks and the level of work they did up to that point we decided to cut our losses and move on. We gave them a 50% deposit ($1,400) when they started and decided we were not going to pay the $1,400 balance when they completed the last of the finishing touches. They never followed up on completing the finishing touches or to request final payment so we took that as a confirmation of the poor kind of operation they were running.

Had to go looking for someone else to do the job. Delayed my plans for my basement by 2 weeks.

Visited the store on a Saturday, selected hardwood flooring, and left name and phone number to set up an appointment to have floors measured and get estimate. Was told someone would call the following Monday. No one called. Went back to store next Saturday, set up an appointment for the following Thursday at 9:30 AM. Watched estimator write down day, date, and time. Someone left a garbled message Tuesday morning on my home phone (I gave them my cell phone number but they didn't use it) about coming that day. Returned call when I got home from work and said that I wanted to keep the Thursday appointment. Was told no problem. No one ever showed up. I called the store at 10:00; was told the estimator had just left for an appointment. Called again at 11:00 and spoke with him. He claimed the appointment was for Tuesday and I had never returned his call to confirm. After wasting almost two weeks, I'm going to find another company to do the work.

I called the store manager for an appointment to do an estimate. He immediately set an appointment on a Monday afternoon at 330 and assured me he would call so that he would not keep us waiting. He never showed up nor did he call so my wife left him a message that evening. He did not call Tuesday and only called Wednesday morning and gently chastised us for not calling him during working hours. We have found another contractor to do the work.

Oscar is the boss and does the estimates. He inspires confidence. His installers are very nice and responsive to my need to have a near perfect job done. They did a good job. It was well lined up straight. The molding was well done. The cuts around posts, a difficult part of the job, was less tight than I wanted, but I'm a perfectionist. They did well overall and I would do business with them again.

Very high quality work -- they showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up. We obtained several bids for this job, and Vienna Floors & Wall Coverings was the best value.
