+ -1 moreAfter 3 months of agony, on waiting for the banks approval, we have a house we love! If it were not for this wonderful agent we would not have had this home. We finally got approval and moved in before our girls could start their new school. If you want someone who really cares and is looking out for you, give Vickie a call. Just be sure you know what you are getting into when you go with a short sale. It is not short! I am also very impatient! Our realtor handled me well.
Description of Work: We contacted Vickie off her web-site. She showed us a house she had listed w/Coldwell Banker. This was a short sale and the word short should be changed! This was a long transaction! The house was fairly new and the owners had paid $250,000 over what we purchased for it. Vickie was on top of the bank all the time. She was very detailed and held our hands, and the previous owners. She was determined to finish it to the end. I called (harrased) her everyday and she would give me the info, if there was any! And she would always call me if any updates. We had lost 3 other bids on homes before we had met Vicke.
