Description of Work: TriCountry Windows replaced 11 builder's grade windows in 2 story family room with SoftLite Pro windows. Part of the scope of work included weatherproofing the area around the outside of the windows due to water infiltration issues with the older windows. Worked with the initial salesman, measurer and finally the install team. All were professional, showed up when expected and work was completed to our satisfaction when it was expected. Knew what they were doing. I will solicit quotes from them in the future.

Description of Work: Fantastic company! We couldn't have been more pleased. Our service from Tri-County was prompt, responsive and efficient. The installers did an excellent job. Description of Work: They installed a storm door. They were on-time and did a fantastic job. When we had a problem with the side window panels, they contacted the manufacturer rep immediately and got it fixed. We are very pleased with Scott and his level of service. We have used them for many years, from our front door to our patio door.
